If I could give NEGATIVE a million stars I would.
I visited this location 6/14/24. There was a long line so they were checking people out on 2 registers. But they were using the square for purchase payments for the backup help. I didn't think anything about it. I figured it's Dollar General, no big deal. Starting midnight that day I've been getting scam charges 1 after the other. I've had like 30 hits on my card beforeIcouldcancel it. I'll never go back to this dollar General. And I will be contacting corporate.

On the door see open at 7:00 am the persons is inside and dont open the door 7:25 am dollar general you guys need better persons work at this location plus responsability on you stores tanks

Manager was very rude and didn't want to help me. Instead of saying she doesn't know how to complete my transaction she kept saying that it sounded like scamming and fraud (which I had cash). I asked her if she could call someone to assist and she kept saying they can't. I informed her it's a transaction that I've done at this store before. When I told her that she kept asking for the names because they should be fired. I also informed her that I've loaded cash at other locations and showed her proof. When I called customer service they informed me that all DG's have the same operations so she's not sure why the manager did not honor my request. I'm still waiting to hear back from the area/district manger or someone higher. Kindness goes a long way

Closed at 9:51pm and they close at 10pm, not suppose to happen.

The store opens at 7 am. I've been here since 7 am. It's is now 7:10am and the store is not open. People have been waiting outside to get in. We have knocked on the door. Car is here and the gate is half open letting us know that a worker is in the store. L

The store was well organized and stocked with the items I needed (cleaning supplies). It was not to crowded and I moved through the line without a long delay.

Why is the store not open!?!??! Hours are 7am to 10pm and it's 724am and no signs of life. There's a white truck and a black SUV and all the lights are on and the gates are open but no one is opening. This store is awful

They always close early. Like change your hours or something but you close at 10 don’t meant you lock the doors at 9:50 it’s a dollar store not Walmart smh

Very rude - how you going to have a sign that closes at 10pm but have the doors locked at 945? And saying system is down..... dramatic employee ?
