Filled in for employee who was out. Would like to say how amazing this store is. Was very impressed how clean and organized this store is. Employees were all friendly and you could tell really enjoyed their jobs. Great store.

The employees are always very friendly and helpful! I have never come across an employee who hasn't been so. I want to specifically point out Frankie, who helped me load my cart with 50lb bags of horse feed, push it to the register and load it into my car when my back was injured.

I went this mourning to get a few propane bottles filledThe employee came out .I ask him how was he doing this mourning. He informed me one of my bottles was not certified. So I took that bottle put it back in the car .He set my other two bottles out and locked the gate. Then he called me a derogatory name and told me dont come back.if that man we worked forme I would Fire Him On The Spot !!.

We frequent this store every week but will NOT be going back. We have had to return dry dog food that had mold inside a 50lb bag, and the associates wanted to just remove the mold clumps and expect us to take the rest back after taping up the bag. Our fur babies are important to us and deserve fresh and safe food. We had to demand a replacement which should come automatically but not with this store. The last straw was today when I purchased 3 bags of deer corn, but one of the bags was damaged. Associate Carole claimed she was the manager and only wanted to tape up the bag and sell as new with clearly some of the corn contents on the floor, which she began to sweep up. She claimed this store tapes up damaged product all the time and sells as new. Carole was RUDE when we wanted to have the bag replaced or refunded and started to harass us about our decision. We will not tolerate this behavior. Finally, the manager showed up and had to stop her comments, and the actual manager replaced the damaged bag. This store needs to train the associates better on damaged products instead of passing them off as new and also to respect customers decisions for replacements or refunds.

Tries to sell moldy dog food and opened bags of feed. Attempts to tape it back up after it’s spilled and charge full price.Terrible customer service. Especially an older woman who works the register (Carol). Rude, unprofessional, and pretends to be a manager. Used profane language and was very confrontational.Higgenbotham is the better place to go in town. Don’t waste your money here. Shame as we’ve always enjoyed tractor supply stores out of town.

Not customer friendly at all had the restroom blocked off with merchandise. This is important especially to older customers.I took my money to Higginbothams next door they treated me like a customer.
