Very nasty owner lady, she recently raised her prices by 1/3, but my social security check didn't increase, and my military disability prevents me from working, and because we live in such inflationary times it's incredibly difficult to afford groceries, utilities, gas for the car, etc and now I can't afford just to get my short hair trimmed because this mean lady won't even offer a Veteran a break. Instead of saying, "no, I'm sorry I don't offer a Veteran discount, but thank you for your service", like most reputable businesses often do, she was incredibly rude and said, "no, I won't give a discount, I work part-time and I'm going to cancel your appointment"! and she just hung up the phone. Not a nice way to memorialize the "D- Day" Veteran National 80 Year Remembrance or ANY way to treat Veterans. If she had talked to my Dad this way, who was a WW II Veteran, I think I would have to pay her a personal visit to educate her about the importance of remembering what the"Meaning of Freedom" is all about.

By far the worst cut I've ever had,not to mention the lack of professionalism.I showed her a picture of what I wanted & she said she could do it,instead I left looking like she put a bowl on my head,now I have to find someone to fix her mistakes,DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!Services: Haircut

This place is horrible. The older woman with Betty white hair had zero customers I needed a quick beard trim that she agreed too. After the customer ahead was done I was next in line so I thought, some man walked in without an appointment she even looked it up and said he didn’t have one yet she turned to me like I was def to what they said and told me I’m sorry sir he has a appointment I can’t do yours today. What kind of place is this? This place is horrible and doesn’t need any customers. Do not use these people at all. I’m a small business owner myself and I’ll make sure word gets out!
