Shannon is the worst person you could ever have do your hair. She lacks skill and professionalism. She has no customer service skills. BUT she will take your money and leave you looking for someone to fix all her mistakes. Luckily, there are many other salons so you don't have to waste your money here.

Shannon Sheningans is the worst hair stylist I have ever encountered. I'm not sure how she even got her license. You are better off getting hair color from the dollar store and having your 2 year old do your highlights. Go ahead and find the dullest scissors you have and let that same kid cut your hair. The results will be exactly like you visited Shannon! It disgusts me that someone like this has the opportunity to ruin a person's looks. Beware people! It's sad people attempt to pass themselves off as professionals and they aren't qualified to even walk in a salon.

I had such a bad experience with a hair dresser in the 80’s that I literally would never go again until 2013. I made an appointment with Shannon and I cried. She calmed me down, she and Kim chatted with me, and Shannon did an amazing job on my hair. I love this place.
