Long wait on hold. Apparently they cannot figure how long wait times are so they just make up hold times. You will be on hold forever.

Awesome customer service today.....got that senior discount! Service has always been good with no problems. The service rep. was very helpful.....thanks!

They suck I have used them and they never pickup all my trash going elsewhere. I even offered to help throw it in the trash truck and they wanted to charge me an additional $2.00 a bag
