Dinosaur Valley State Park Store offers visitors a great place to explore and learn about dinosaur footprints and the park’s natural beauty. Visitors can walk to spot #2 to see the Main Track Site, where they can view the remaining dinosaur tracks and enjoy a short walk from the parking lot. The park features spots like the Blue Hole and the Ballroom Dance, where people can swim in cool water and see hundreds of footprints, especially when water levels are low. The entry fee of $8 per person is worth it for this unique experience. The park also has a small gift shop with fun T-shirts and merchandise, and nearby restrooms. Kids and families can become junior park rangers and earn badges, making the visit fun for all ages. There are trails with colorful leaves, and new tracks have been discovered, encouraging exploration. Although there are limited riding miles for equestrians, they can ride to the river and enjoy the scenery. Overall, the park provides a memorable outdoor adventure with opportunities to see dinosaur footprints and enjoy nature.
