Worst experience ever with an auto dealership. Drove 2 hours for them to bait and switch vehicles and then flip flop on down payment amounts. They couldn't give me a vehicle to change my opinion of their questionable business practices.

Eric in service did an outstanding job working with me getting my truck fixed and helping out with a loaner car for a couple of days. Everyone from the Tech to the GM was extremely helpful. when we are here in town and we need any type of service for our truck, it will be brought back here.

I was stranded on the side of 271 for eight hours with NO money, and no jack. I was attacked by dogs, had no water or food, and it was hot as HELL. I am from north Dallas and don’t know this area. I am also \\u003c21 with no parents. I called every tire shop I could with no luck, I called both the Tyler non-emergency and Gladewater non-emergency and was hung up on with no help. I called and the receptionist gave me her personal cell number so that I could share my apple location pin, and she sent a man with tools to install a spare while they were PACKED busy to get me to the shop while my family ~3 hours away could bring me some tires. These two people quite literally saved my life, and have shown me the most kindness any one ever has.
