Michael and Hayden are the best! They got me in when I had an unexpected fuel leak on my old squarebody. These guys are so professional and meticulous with their work. They went above and beyond my expectations. Consider this your go-to shop for any custom work and anything LS-related. These guys are special and do great work!

Go see Hometown Automotive and Michael for excellent auto service. My former shop was OK, but Hometown is great. He’s knowledgeable and gives you an explanation of your problem and what it needs done. At each stage of the process he kept me informed of costs and if other issues were discovered, I got full details, and, in some cases, he offered alternative ways to address the problem so I could decide what I wanted to do. Prices are good. He doesn’t overbill for labor and keeps parts costs to a minimum while doing the job right. Try him out, you’ll be happy you did.Service: Auto engine tuning

Highly recommend! I had a pulley break off of my car and could no longer drive it. After not being able to make the original appointment they were still able to work me into their schedule and to my surprise had my car fixed within a couple hours. As a single Mom with 2 jobs I need my car and was so worried to take it to a shop. They were so nice and accommodating and made me feel so comfortable and were very fair with the price. I will definitely be using them again.

Had to take my wifes car in cause the engine light came on. Not only did Michael get us worked into his already full schedule, he also got it fixed that same day. A+ service from this guy. Really knows his stuff. We will be using him from now on.Service: Engine repair

My truck was having a hard time starting so I took it to the dealership and they said that they could fix it for $3,600. I then took it to hometown automotive in Gladewater and they figured out the issue and fixed it for under $300. I would highly recommend them. I bring my 99 Chevy Tahoe 2 door in when we need something done or fixed. They always do an excellent job on it. The young couple who own it r very nice and friendly. My name is Aaron and I'm an Uber Eats delivery driver . As can be expected I drive my car into the ground literally putting 70 to 120 or 30 miles on it per night . So with that kind of mileage things are going to wear out things are going to break down and when they do I take my car to Hometown Auto and I have found my new mechanic. Mike is the owner and he does an absolute outstanding job and doesn't try to price gouge you either like the big names on the loop in Longview or Tyler. He's an honest guy and like I said I have found my new mechanic.
