Needed my tires aired up due to cold weather and the guys took very good care of me so I could keep moving. I offered to pay for their help but they refused pay and told me to stop back by if I need help anytime. It’s refreshing to experience help that’s free. Not normal in this world we live in today. I’ll never forget this tire store. Try this at Walmart and they’ll ignore you until you drive off with 4 low tires.

Took my new Jeep to have tires rotated and balanced. Wasn’t right the 1st time and took it back. Still a problem and took it to Stanley in Gilmer and said it wasn’t balanced correctly so I had them balance again and do an alignment and it’s doing great. When I brought this to Tire Zone’s attention the lady(Owner’s Wife) ask if I was calling them liars. I have the receipt from Stanley and description of problem. Without a doubt this was not handled properly by Tire Zone’s who emphasize their Christian beliefs but in this case they fell well short. If you’ll look at previous reviews you’ll see this is not the first time something like this has happen.

Tire zone in gilmer is the absolute best!! I woke up to a flat tire and called tire zone. These folks came to my house and had the tire fixed all in less than 15 minutes. Fast Friendly exact 💯.

The service was great initially but upon having to honor their 30 day warranty he refused argued with me about the date I got it which was 1/31/25 and today which is 02/11/25 was over a month then tried to tell me I had alignment issues which was a lie because the same day I purchased it was put in the shop right after I left there which mean I didn’t get to drive on it a good 30 min for front end replacement and alignment so it’s safe to say that they don’t have to worry about my services ever again and the nerve to have Bible scriptures on the receipts is insane hypocrisy
