After hour Emergency care is fantastic! I felt bad for brining the Vet out at almost midnight but after not being able to bring our Bellas blood sugar up we knew it was time for professional help. When we got there her blood sugar had actually dropped even more at 61 so they fed her 2 cans of rescue food and offered her water Bella being silly declined it. after 35 min we checked her sugar again and for the first time is almost 4 hours Bellas sugar got up to 99!!! Now we are home and I just checked it again and she's at 200 she's doing so much better. I can't thank you enough for saving her life. I don't know what would have happened If I wouldn't have caught it in time. Thank you so so much for becoming like a family to my family ❤️ y'all truly mean the world to us

Most incredible vet I’ve ever encountered in 35 years of breeding/rescue and everything in between! They have saved so many animals that I was afraid were far past saving, helped me find consults for “mystery” diagnosis’s that left even Texas A&M scratching their heads, have saved my personal dogs in situations where poison or trauma were involved, and are always so kind and helpful to each and every client they encounter. They never make you feel rushed, no matter how busy and slammed they may be. They listen to any concern you have and help find answers. They understand that people can love their pets and still not be millionaires, and help find the best medical solution for the pet no matter the budget. The staff treat you with courtesy and respect and that is so appreciated. Thank you everyone at Spencer Vet for all the lives you have saved and improved!

Only getting one star because you have to give something. Absolutely horrible. My dog had a very bad gash on his head from being attacked by another dog and they didn’t even want to take a look at him and said they don’t do emergency care and was very rude when saying there are clinics down the road but would say they didn’t really know where. For the staff to allow an animal to leave their facility with out even looking or saying let’s do a drop off and we will work him in between appointments is absolutely disgusting. 100% would not recommend this clinic. Did not acknowledge me standing at the deck just continues to talk back and forth between each other and then stopped and said I guess let me help this lady. Very rude.

Excellent staff, from top to bottom. Caring. Straight forward. Knowledgeable. Many I know use them for everything from horses to cats. Grateful for their ER services. Highly recommend them.

They are absolute best! I drive from Longview and I don’t care, I would drive farther. Drs Spencer and McDermott, they love my fur babies. They’re so very passionate and caring. I won’t go anywhere else.
