My first time coming here and will NEVER go back. Emilee does not listen to what you want done to your hair. Even after showing her several pictures. After spending $164.50 including her 20% tip which she did not deserve at all! Big regret feeling sorry for her and giving her that tip since she had to leave during my color. Her prices are way to HIGH and to not get what you paid for. Was in there for 3 1/2 hours which should of took an hour. She wanted to charge me again to come back in after a week since I was not happy with her service. All she did was make excuses instead on making me happy or a redo to fix the mistake at no charge. She has terrible customer service skills. I did not want to leave 1 star but the review will not let me post if I didn't.
