I had some significant damage to my pickup which required a lot of repair. They did a GREAT job! They kept me informed throughout the process and was a pleasure to do business with. I hope I don’t get hit again….but if I do, I’ll definitely go back to McDaniels in Gilmer.

If you’re up for asking for an estimate and getting your car worked on prior to you approving the estimate, taking what seems like an exceptional amount of time for the work to be done, as well as only getting communication about 9 out of 10 times because you initiate it, then this is your place to go.
I originally took my car here because I did not agree with the insurance assessment of damages. My request was for a comparison estimate. When I called (and note it was me who called) to find out about the estimate, I was informed that the paint-less dent repair people had already done their repairs… Then I was informed the car needed a new roof. Quietly, I decided since work had started, I would just let it go and continue. If I had known then what I know now, I would have stopped it in its tracks and not been quiet about it. I can say positively in all of this, that the repairs seem to have been done well at this point, but my first paragraph pretty well describes my experience.

Third time using McDaniel’s and they always do quality work! First time was husband’s truck after it was damaged in a storm. Second and third time was after my car got rear ended twice within 3 months. I would suggest McDaniel’s in Gilmer for all your repair needs!

Paint was pretty good but when I got my car back the radio , my turn signals,ac controls and my horn where not working correctly I would disagree to go here but that’s my opinion

I liked the fact that I was kept up to date on the process of the repair. However, when I picked up the vehicle, there were two defects that needed to be repaired that they missed upon releasing it to me. They were apologetic and have rescheduled to repair. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so.
