For the last 5 months, Brookshires has been cheaper by $100+ It's so liberating by not being attached to Walmart in any way. My hometown Brookshires has my business for Life! Still the best price on food”

“I bought ONN printer combo ink pkg at Walmart in Longview. Upon loading it in printer the printer was able to recognize one cartridge but not the 2nd. I pulled cartridge out and checked the digital sticker on the cartridge and it was not the correct cartridge. I called the customer service number on the box and they said I would have to take it back and exchange it. Problem was I bought the last one. I ended up calling Walmart in Gilmer and spoke with Jacxon. He was unbelievably helpful, going and checking what all the had comparable. So I then go over to Gilmer to do an exchange. Unfortunately by this time it was 10:00pm and service desk was closed. I didn't have the extra money to purchase another package but upon talking to the manager, Shannon, He asked how short are you? I replied $15. He said he would cover the amount that I was short to help me out for all the trouble. I wanted to just cry because I have not seen such compassion and concern from anyone in a long time. I will not go to another Walmart other than Gilmer Ever! They are the most genuine and truly do care about the customers who count on them to provide quality products while providing the best customer service experience. Truly the best Walmart around! TOP NOTCH!!”

“I must write a review to let everyone know what an awesome place this is. We bought jalapeño poppers and they were the best I’ve ever eaten. They were not so hot you couldn’t eat them. The bacon was very good quality. We also bought ribeye steaks. They melted in your mouth when we cooked and ate them. They have Carmel candy and tipsy cherries that are the bomb. We will try the boudain egg rolls next. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Guy was such a sweet person to visit with. Very knowledgeable on the meats. You must visit this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
