Horrible Internet service!! Always losing signal, WiFi won't work outside my house at all, and we have no other options for ISP's in the area. Several have mentioned the customer service department, but I have gotten good responses from them. It is an infrastructure problem. However, as long as we continue to subscribe to the awful service they have NO incentive to improve. Negative reviews only impact new subscriptions. Maybe get the BBB involved?

Amanda Hughes was fantastic to work with. Not having been present during install for my parents in 2022, I was unfamiliar with what the GigAspire was and what to look for. Once described, was able to locate it. It was stored in a tote and not in use. Once located and plugged in, Amanda went the extra step to help connect to it and see activity. After a few moments of an quick update to the device, it connected, and the SSID was now present on network devices. Amanda, Thank you for your kindness, patience, and stellar professionalism!

I noticed I wasn't receiving emails via Outlook for awhile and called Etex for help. Thankfully, Brittany Gillaspy picked up the call, promptly identified the issues and got my Outlook email account back up and running again. She was a pleasure to work with. I'm hopeful that if I ever need help again, she'll be there to pick up the phone.
