My daughter really enjoyed her stay here. The environment lit a spark in her developing soul. I am very grateful for the opportunity Gilmont provided for my daughter. When she came home she was bubbly, cheerful, and much more confident. I believe the sense of autonomy and agency is great for the kids. We had a wonderful first time experience. We will definitely be back next summer.
In regards to safety, the camp communicates well with the parents. They uploaded tons of photos and kept me in the loop about anything concerning. I really had a peace of mind, I knew that my child was safe and enjoying herself.

It's one of the best youth camps I have ever seen. It also hosts some amazing retreats and conferences in the Gilmer/ Longview area. Nice and quiet. Great place to find yourself. Great for families with discussions needs children. ❤️Respite and relaxation.

The best place I've been at, I've been there since I was a Camper and now planning to work there. It shows how much fun the place is since everyone wants to go back there. It even shows how much people want to come back since I reacted like that when I was a Kid. Can't forget the fun and amazing Friends when staying there. It's beautiful, it has God in mind, and just an amazing place to have fun even swimming at a pool and play Ga Ga Ball.

My kids have done GGE (great gluten escape) for 3 years and always had a blast. This year, one son tried the pilot run of The Lord of All Things, LotR themed camp, and thought it was brilliant. We aren't PCUSA, but the people were so wonderful and the atmosphere is great.

A nice place to take your son or daughter for the summer they have lots of fun and activities for them to do.The staff is friendly and anwer any questions u may have. Kids get a sense of independence and make new friends whole they learn new things about God and nature.

An amazing place to retreat. The lodging was clean and comfortable. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxing and rejuvenating. Couldn't ask for much more than that! We'll be back!
