Very pleased with our service! Someone stopped by to fill us up the same day we called and they are so friendly and easy to work with. It was difficult to find a company who would come out to fill the tank on our Class A motorhome, and they came through for us (thanks to a recommendation on Nextdoor).

This is one of the best places if you need help, Mark was so patient and eager to help find a solution. As a professional plumber I really appreciated his knowledge and assistance. Don’t look any further this is the place to go!

UPDATE: Owner, Ray, called me to discuss our experience and was very nice and helpful. He is going to help us today and I am ever so grateful. Very glad we were able to work everything out and put this crazy winter blizzard behind us.UPDATE: My husband reached out to them again because he is leaving town and doesn't want to leave his family with no heat. The owner's wife said she read my review and refused to service us at all. So disappointed that this company would let a little constructive criticism stand in the way of a family receiving heat during a major winter storm. We have been out of propane since the storm began and folks have been nothing but rude to us. Just called and they said they can’t help us because of a hill but there is no hill between us and Giddings, but they didn’t even call us when they ran into a problem. Woman on the phone refused to discuss the situation with us when we asked where the hill was located to make sure they didn’t have the wrong address or using a different route. As of now looks like no heat for the foreseeable future and they won’t even problem solve with us. It’s just super frustrating that they won’t even try to problem solve with us or show a little compassion for a long time customer when we’ve had no heat for a week.

That old timer in the black jacket, he and his brother own the business that their father started way back when. Today with the temperature around 15 degrees, he was out there all day working to fill propane bottles. We talked a little bit, last night when the weather was getting bad, he was out working till 8 with a flashlight so people could stay warm. I don't care if there's a line or not, this is my man!

I can't say enough good things about this company. They have always been so easy to deal with but today just showed me what an amazing company they really are. Obviously everybody knows about the horrible weather we are receiving right now in Texas and I thought I had enough propane. Well my mistake for not filling up before a big storm. I ran out of propane, my heaters turned off and my fireplace wouldn't work. I was very stressed and worried what I would do considering I had young children and my 87 year old grandmother with me. I frantically called hoping that we might be able to figure something out. Even though the roads weren't great, the owner drove slowly out to my property and filled my tank with what he had left. I am forever grateful. Thank you.

Took my brand new stove to Mass butane to Install butane jets. They unpacked stove, installed jets, packed it back up In the box and sealed with tape. When I got it home it was obviously damaged(dropped) but yet they didn’t notice the obvious damage when working on it or when they packed it back up. Additionally, they did take responsibility for the damage. Lesson: don’t leave original packing with stove and don’t use Maas Butane in Giddings.

For starters the lady in the office is very rude and disrespectful. I understand frustrations can run rapid in extreme situations but there is absolutely zero need to be so angry towards customers. Made a call for propane refill of Monday 2/15 was almost completely out of propane. They were unable to give any eta due to the weather (completely understandable). I called the next day Tues 2/16 when we did run completely out just to update and was told the same... We can give no eta but we will let you know because we would need a safety check now... Called again on Thurs 2/18 to get a status update and once again rude as could be the lady proceed to inform me the driver tried to make it out on Tues 2/16 and was unable to top the hill to my house....(there is no hill to my house) so me trying to find the miscommunication asked about the hill explaining there is not one, (do you guys have the wrong address?) was very rudely told she was not going to discuss it with me would not answer any questions or address any concerns... So I went to there office to try and smooth the situation and address any misunderstanding and was told very rudely again... "The driver could make it, I don't know why"... So I asked why did you guys not call me and let me know.. her response was "what good would it do, I can't call everybody I'll be on the phone all day, the driver tried; couldn't make it and we will not be back" I said ok, thank you - have a great day and walked out. I am and extremely respectful person, and completely understand the stress weather and panic can cause... But a business in the public service line of work should definitely have better customer service. If the owner would like to call me (the very rude lady in the office has my number) and discuss the situation like grown ups I would gladly re-evaluate my review but until then I will continue to spread my experience with everyone/everywhere.
