I got my eyebrows waxed yesterday around 6PM. I was sat in a pedicure chair when I didn't mind waiting and had a woman with a Bob hair cut and glasses start on my brows.
She put on the wax pretty aggressively and barely laid the paper on my brows to get a good stick on them and ripped them off with no warning.
Not only was the wax really bad you can't even notice that I actually got my brows done and she sat there plucking at nothing then wanted to charge me 15. I had wax all over my lashes were sticking to my lids and I'm so passed.
I didn't get a good look at them before leaving, I didn't think I had to double check work before paying. I learned my lesson.

this has been the worst encounter that I have had from a nail place the head lady Kim was so disrespectful, rude, dirty I could not believe the things she said to me I paid $75 just for paint on my nails this place over price and has bad customer service if you're looking for somewhere to go and get take yo ass to getting nails you wont regret it.

I went to go get a new set of dip nails. The lady who did my nails was very aggressive with my hands and even cut me. Instead of apply any antibiotic cream on the cut she took a bottle of cuticle oil, brushed it on my bloody cut, then put the brush back in the bottle. The next day after I got my nails done I was out for a walk and my nail easily popped off. All I did was gently shoo one of my dogs away and it came straight off. Didn’t break but just completely came off

This is the best nail salon I've been to in a very long time. Everyone was so nice. I got a full set & the deluxe pedicure & it was SO relaxing. I showed her a picture & she did them exactly the same.. Highly recommend.Services: Nail extensions

Happy Nails is amazing! They treat everyone with kindness and take the extra steps to pamper you and make you feel special. We went for a pedicure and when they gave leg, arm and neck masssages...WOW! Talk about relaxed! They greet everyone happily and are are able to handle the needs of the customers in a very professional and respectful manner. I highly recommend you take the time to try them out. Love coming here!! Have been for years!! Absolutely LOVE Kim, Harold and Henry are absolutely amazing!!! Super fun to chat with. I go in as my crazy self and we always have fun. They are very clean! I've never had one issue. If I have, it was very minor and very easily solved. Could not recommend this place more!! I have been to the other places and they do not compare.

The work in this place is horrible because they gave me something that was not close to what I asked for. They even over charged me for something that I did not like at all. don't go to this place if you want pretty and well done nails.

Another great job by Kim before heading out on vacation! Either Kim or Henry are my go to estheticians, but everyone there does a great job!

Worst experience ever. Nail tech was face timing someone while working on me. She argued with me because I didn't want gel and only wanted regular polish. Not sanitary- didn't have people wash their hands and didn't have tools in cleaner or packaged. Very rough and doused me in oil to massage. Left polish on my fingers and did a poor job on prepping cuticles and base coat. Will never go here again.

I needed my gel nails taken off and I had to soak them in the liquid in a tiny dish (very uncomfortable but fine). Then I asked if they could file them lightly and place a regular top coat only. He man did but they ended up bumpy and the full nail was not covered. I just wanted to leave at that point and fix them myself.Will not be going back.
