Was coming back from Houston almost made it to Austin but had a blowout , miles came within 20 minutes helped me switch my tire and gave me a fair price . Good company and good guy would definitely use again .

Flat rock towing saved my life when I was stranded on the side of the road and Nick my tow guy and Miles the owner are the best and God sent. I had a bad day dealing with Avis and they came to save the day.

Amazing service! We broke down in Giddings TX on Father’s Day! Not only did they look out after our car, they looked out after our entire family! We have an infant and a toddler and not only did they tow our truck but also brought a secondary vehicle to help us meet our family member as we were on our way back home to Houston from Austin. Thank you Grant and Nick for everything.

Stranded 122 miles from home. The owner himself came and got us and towed us home. His total commute was 6 hours. He was very pleasant, friendly, and polite. Great customer service!
