Horrible customer service. Refused to even look at the phone my elderly mother went into store for assistance they accused her of dropping the phone. She was having volume issues. She only needed help. Bye cricket. You just lost a long time loyal customer

Customer service was bad and one girl with long brown/black hair had a ugly attitude thinking she’s better then anyone, child you work at a phone store ! And tbh I think she’s even the “manger” there, very sad if she is.

Awesome Service! The ladies were very helpful! I came in for a brightness issue on my phone, they talked me into a new phone! Great sales women, I couldn't have been happier with my new phone! very well trained ladies, knew their stuff!

Great store but when dealing with customer service over the phone is horrible!! It is a non refundable company which means if they take wrong or partial payment without having access to your account they will not refund your money.
