The customer service here isn't comparable to any other store in this town, when I walk through those doors it's like I step into a friendly warm compassionate world that the vibes really feel like they care about my needs, I've had a problem with another stores vape so I brought it to Trenchant Vapes and they corrected it and with a smile! I haven't needed or even wanted to go to any other Vape store again. Highly recommend and truly the best prices.

Ive been in town for a few days, and every time i travel somewhere new I make it a point to find where the local vape store is and its hours in case I run low. I told myself I needed to stop by this evening on my way out of town and their hours said open til 7. I arrived at 6:40 and the place is locked up tight, no cars, nothing. Now I get to make my 4hr ride vapeless. I cant speak for the character of the business, and it may be great, however I really cant stand businesses who cant even adhere to their own advertised hours.
