Absolutely horrified today! A tall bleached blonde lady completely embarrassed me. She told me I shouldn't pick up my controlled substances at different pharmacies after telling me last time they were out of one of the two I take regularly (not pain meds). They said I'd need to find another pharmacy to fill it. My doctor resubmitted one of two to walmart. They filled it.I came to this pharmacy today for my only other medications. I felt chastised because I had to pick up my meds from two different pharmacies...after they told me to because they ran out!This lady left me feeling terribly embarrassed. There was no need for that as I was already being help by a much nicer lady. This blonde just butted for no reason. I felt like my HIPPA rights were violated because she was discussing my medication by name rather loudlyShe actually told me when my refills are due just send everything to Walmart.Don't worry lady, once this last refill is complete, Brookshire Brothers pharmacy will never see me again specifically because of you. Real shame because you are the only one to treat me like that in the 22 years I've been shopping at Brookshire brothers.

The ladies at the pharmacy are awesome. Professional, informative, and super quick. Not to mention very respectful/nice.

Wouldn’t use a discount card because she said she would take too much of a hit on the price. I can’t wait until we get another grocery store in this town because the brookshire brothers, as a whole, is terrible.I’m not saying it’s because I’m a disabled hispanic, I’m not saying that.

the staff at this store is amazing! through this horrible weather they are doing everything they can to help people that are in need. with the uncertainty of electircity and road conditions this staff showed up! major kudos to the management staff and team! keep up the amazing work!

prices have increased over $1.00 on most items. $2.50 for coke zero at Walmart and over $4.00 here.

Small, over priced, grocery store but WONDERFUL deli food and in my opinion, worth the price. I just moved here and I've noticed that there's been a few (not all) people thatthat rude unless they've known you since you were 7. I occasionally go to Brookshire in the early morning and there's a cashier named Melanie who seems to be friendly with people she knows (since she stands there and sometimes ignores customers to gossip) but as soon as I walk up, I always get the rude version of her, with the occasional eyeroll when asking for cash back. I really don't care how people feel about me but it's incredibly unprofessional to act in such a way when working in customer service. Other than that, everyone else seems to be helpful and somewhat friendly and the food is great, so I'll keep going back.

Not pleased at all. Ordered 50 piece chicken for funeral dinner. They said it would be ready at 4. Went to pick up at 4. Was told they may have it ready in an hour. Poor service. Would not recommend
