“A few days ago our family was traveling through Giddings on a 5 hour road trip. Our vehicle started acting up and it seemed like the alternator was going out. It died by the time we pulled up at O'Reillys. They were able to test our battery, alternator, and jump start our vehicle to give it enough juice to get to a mechanic (Ronnie's next door). They also helped install the new battery and made sure we were good to go before we continued the last few hours of our trip. We are extremely grateful and appreciative of their help.”
