“A few days ago our family was traveling through Giddings on a 5 hour road trip. Our vehicle started acting up and it seemed like the alternator was going out. It died by the time we pulled up at O'Reillys. They were able to test our battery, alternator, and jump start our vehicle to give it enough juice to get to a mechanic (Ronnie's next door). They also helped install the new battery and made sure we were good to go before we continued the last few hours of our trip. We are extremely grateful and appreciative of their help.”

“I was having acceleration issues with my car on my way into Austin fom Houston. This issue kept pushing my arrival time further into the evening. Slowly but surely, I made it to this location. Inhsf the idea to just supplement my car with a lower end fuel injector cleaner, but Frederick Thomas helped by recommending a top notch motor treatment. After just 5 minutes of putting it into my car, I was back on the road accelerating properly without further strain on my rpm. I really appreciate the efficient customer service. “Super helpful and great service!I came in wanting to repair the bumper on my Toyota and not wanting to get insurance involved. The team took a look and gave me different options. 20 minutes later I had a solution that worked for me for under $50!I had previously taken my car to the Toyota dealership and was told it would be 3 months before they could schedule me and cost at least $800... they didn't even try to help me put together a drivable solution in spite of the fact I had bought the car from them new 3 years ago.The Team at Lee Co.
