I bought my car here and I get free oil change the first couple of years in addition to tire rotation and free vacuum and car wash with the same visit, which is nice. I have done oil change at other places which would take around 20 minutes to the most. I would expect their service including the whole package they cover to take about an hour. Which isn’t very Xpress. Last visit it took them 2 hours and 30 minutes!! And I had to opt out the car wash and vacuum because I had to puck up my daughter from school. This should not be called Xpress. Other than that the people are nice from the salesperson who sold me the car to maintenance to oil change department. Very attentive and willing to help.

Used to come here all the time and it was Xpress, usually about an hour for an oil change. Within last 6 months every time I try to go I’m told it’s a 2.5 hr wait. Not sure what changed, but it’s certainly not Xpress anymore.

Debbie and Mary were great. First year oil service. Took me right in performed the oil change and was out in 75 minutes. Great job!

Be prepared for a wait time. The waiting area has charging outlets and vending machines and comfy chairs and tables.
The poor score is from my experience: If you’re using warranty, they will hold you hostage after repairs are completed while they sit on hold with the warranty insurance. You’d think with their contracted warranty providers they would be able to receive reimbursement after letting you go but no, that’s not the case. I spent 3 hours waiting for the service advisor to connect to the tire warranty provider, even after my car was ready with the tire replaced.

The best kept secret for fast efficient vehicle Service!
Fast checkin.
Debbie Gonzales my Service Advisor was energetic and knowledgeable about new Corvette service requirements.
Pedro the Service Technician was excited to work on my Car and personable.
My Stingray was done in under an hour!
Un believable considering they were busy on a Tuesday morning.
COME HERE.
Worth the drive and highly recommended by me.

Express should be fast. They said for the 3rd time it would be 2.5 to 3 hours for an oil change! Not cool when Xpress is in the name!

score due to the following:
Arrived before 8am for an oil change/tire rotation and use my GM Awards.
Service completed at 1045am
So I recommend using your awards some other way and get your oil change elsewhere. And if you ignore this, make sure you eat or grab a ride to go eat.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated and they couldn't even add air to the tires. Disappointing. They weren't even that busy. Plenty of guys standing around.
