We always have an amazing experience leaving our two cats with the Whiskers team. Cats are healthy, happy, and love to watch the gerbils and birds. Love the digital postcards letting us know how they’re doing. Always get a full report and feel like the staff was really engaged with our kitties.

After several experiences, I can confidently say Whiskers is awesome! They take great care of Tobias, and we never have to worry about a thing while he’s staying with them. It is obvious that everyone who works at Whiskers loves cats based on how they interact and bond with them. I’ve never experienced a boarding service that provides the same quality of care. Everything is always clean and the staff is super friendly! Sara in particular has spent a lot of time caring for Tobias over several stays and always sends great pictures to show us how he’s doing while we’re gone!I highly recommend Whiskers to anyone in need of a boarding service for their cats. We plan to continue bringing Tobias here any time we need to board him in the future!

Whiskers Cat Boarding is AMAZING!! Our usual pet sitter wasn't available, so I visited Whiskers after seeing their stellar reviews & hearing my parents' neighbors rave about them. During my visit, the friendly & helpful staff gave me a super thorough tour & answered all of my questions. I had a ton of questions since we've never used cat boarding before, & they really put our minds at ease that our kitties would be in good hands.All of the rooms are spacious with great vertical space & skyboxes for our cats to explore. Our cats need lots of attention/affection since they have separation anxiety, so I was very relieved when I learned that the staff spends quality play time & cuddle time with each cat throughout the day!! They pay attention to details like having a chart of all of your cats' important info like food restrictions/etc posted outside of each room to ensure that your cats receive the best care possible. We also really appreciated the "Kitty Gram" email/photo updates while we were gone on our long 2-week trip!It is clear that the Whiskers staff love what they do and are incredibly good at what they do! I highly recommend Whiskers & will use them for all of our future cat boarding needs!! ??

We boarded our cats Kitty and Toast here and they took fantastic care of them. We were able to get updates on how they were doing and made their first time boarding as comfortable as possible. The room options are great and the staff is incredibly kind. I would recommend Whiskers to any cat owner and thank you to the staff for taking care of our babies!

Cleanest and cutest cat boarding place! My cat loved the cubbie bed in his room. He was calm and happy when I picked him up after 4 days stay. He's glad we don't go anywhere often, but when we do, he'll stay at Whiskers. They deserve their 5 star reviews. Thank you!

My cat Tobias was boarded here for the first time ever and I am SO happy we chose this business!! Tobias absolutely loved it and I received an update with pictures over his stay where I was assured that he was adjusting well, playing, eating, etc.My nerves were put at ease the moment we walked in to drop him off and I saw a sign on his door that let others know to keep strings away from him (cat parents you know why). Clearly his needs were very well met and understood which is all I wanted. The facilities look amazing and are well taken care of, clean, friendly, and cozy!Honestly, you can't put a price on the comfort of your kitty, and Whiskers meets every expectation and then some! Tobias (and his parents) will be 100% returning customers, and again 100000000/10 recommend Whiskers!!Thank you all so much for all you do, and thank you for taking care of and loving my little Tobis, y'all are the BEST in the game!

We have been trusting Whiskers since they opened. It was a true cat saver and stress reliever for us to know someone that had long term experience with cats had opened a Cat only facility.Jennifer and Twyla have always contacted us if there was an issue. When we've been gone for extended periods it was a pleasant surprise to get an electronic video or pictures of our crew. We have never returned to sick cats. The rooms are always clean and we feel like the staff is trained well.For us, Whiskers is the only place to board our family members.Steve and Sherry Farnham

My cat Trixie boarded here recently and I couldn't be happier with the care she received at Whiskers. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and they really do love cats. I'll be bringing her back to board again.

How on earth did I not remember to come on here and give an amazing review?! My sweet baby stayed here for three days while we were having our floors redone. I was so nervous, but everyone was so kind and loved on her. They sent me pics and video and treated her like family. She had her own little room and all kinds of fancy things. I'm thankful to Whiskers for being in business. It's hard to find a place to board a cat that you feel will truly love your baby like you will. Also, I drove from Central Austin up to this place because I felt it was the right place. Love them!!

If you care about your cat, this is the place to take him/her. I took my cat Bubbles here and she got excellent treatment. She loved her room. I loved how the staff took good care of her and gave me a update while I was away. This place is A++!

They have a really good set up. The three workers that were there really cared about the cats. They were talking to the cats the whole time we were there and playing with him.

We have taken our cat to Whiskers 3 times while we go on vacation and they take great care of her. The photo updates are great and they always let us know how she's doing. The team is easy to work with with and always sends her home with a toy she loves! Wouldn't take her anywhere else.

My cat, Hemingway, has been boarded here 3 times. I love it. He loves it. The set up is perfect for cats. You can choose from different size rooms and some of them have cat wheels and TV's!We always get a large room with a window. The rooms are set up just for cats. They treat my baby very well and he always comes home feeling soft from his brush outs. They love your cat at whiskers. I would recommend this place 100%! Best place in town for your kitty when you need someone to care for them.

This was my first time boarding my cat Brittany, who quickly earned the title of “Biscuit Queen” while she was here. I typically have someone check on her in my apartment, but I wanted to try somewhere where she’d receive more constant attention. Twyla was super welcoming and friendly, and quickly eased my nervousness about leaving Brittany somewhere new. I could tell right away the passion that the staff has for caring for cats, and I received wonderful updates while she was there. Brittany will definitely be back, as she seemed to really enjoy her time there as well.
