Called this branch for 4 times yesterday and two times today but no-one answered the call. Awful customer service

I wanted to open a checking account with Wells Fargo, but no one answered the phone for over a week of calling during regular business hours. I went in with my husband today and there was only one teller for the whole bank. There was also only one banker who we were told was booked for the whole day. Between their minimal business hours and the fact they seem to be short staffed regularly every time we go in, we decided to open bank accounts elsewhere.

My wife and I are both account holders and we needed to open an account for my teenager son so he can start work tomorrow.I know they close at 5pm and my son is in Liberty Hill HS. I left work early today so I could pick him up earlier at school. He left early from school and we arrived at the bank at 4:30pm. They close at 5pm.We explained Rachel that we need to open a bank account for my son as he needs to start his first job tomorrow and needs a bank account.Rachel told me that they were about to close and cannot help us.I explained the situation and asked for the managers assistance.Managers comes and tells me that they cannot help as they need more time to open an account.I explained I had to leave early from work and pickup my son early from High school in order to be there at 4:30pm since they close at 5pm and that we need the account for today.She said there is nothing they can do.I asked to start the process today since my son is here and finish tomorrow. Again, they showed no willingness to help in any way even though I was there 30m before the bank closes.We can’t stop feeling that they could have helped but choose not to.Very very disappointed.Will definitely go to a different branch.

Lobby hours are until 5PM. Showed up at 2 PM for a service that would need a banker. Nobody else in line or waiting in the lobby. "Do you have an appointment?" Uh, no, you have an open lobby and business hour. "You need an appointment to see a banker. We're not staffed for walk-ins." At this point it's easier to just take my business elsewhere - creating a new account online, transferring funds and updating direct deposits, then closing this one. If you're looking for any kind of service, it's not available here. One star because they at least have an ATM that still provides some help.

Always great service at this location. Never have an issue. Staff is very helpful and attentive. They have even been able to help me get boxes of coins to be able to search through for my hobby. 5 out of 5 service always received. Thank you Rivery branch

One of my locations was backed up 24 days on their deposits. I was literally a nightmare for any teller at 10 AM. BUT the ladies there were amazing. They not only didn’t shame me- they were so positive about assisting. I had anxiety all morning, and it melted the second I got there. Thank you!!!

WF entry door has a paper stating CLOSED. I was there a week ago but had made an appointment at that timeTold to contact the Round Rock Mortgage Center.. dragged long phone msg also stating they are closed. So unprofessional. Seriously - no opportunity for f2f appointment.

I had a very bad experience today with a personal banker named Jose Ybarra. He was very rude from the get go and refused to notarize a mineral deed even though I have a business account here and have had 30-40 similar mineral deeds notarized at Wells Fargo over the years. When I tried to explain this to him he told me I was wrong basically calling me a liar. This employee has no business being in any customer service role. I will never go back to this location again.

I had to call Wells Fargo today to find out some information on making a donation to an account to help a family in need. The girl was somewhat helpful but not very personable, and she hung up without saying "bye". I left Wells Fargo a few years ago after repeated horrible customer service experiences, and this was just a reminder of why I do not do business with Wells Fargo.Â
