You're the definition of Walmart being low class trash. My daughter ordered a PICK UP at 3pm. At 5pm, it showed canceled. She reordered and my son went to pick up the order just for them to tell him it was canceled AGAIN. There was now $450 that my kids had to wait 10 days for it to be returned to them. My son physically went to store to try to sort out the error just to be told, "we can't do anything, but you can get the items yourself and check out." Your actions should be considered criminal and show piss poor customer service. This is why HEB is superior to Walmart. They care for their customer's loyalty.

I placed an order for pickup, which would have been fine, but my husband had a stroke so I've been a little busy. I must have spent an hour and a half trying to call to get a hold of someone, they never answered the phone. So then I got on the chat and was told via chat that they could hold the items for 4 days. Since that was never reflected in my order history, I kept calling the store ALL DAY and never reached anyone until almost 5:30 p.m. They said that I should call back and speak to a manager. So I finally spoke to Trevor after waiting on hold for 20 minutes and having the phone just ring and ring and ring and ring and ring... Trevor finally gets on the phone and it turns out after another 25 minutes on the phone with him (we are now at over 45 minutes) there's absolutely nothing that they can do. What?!?!?!? All I wanted is for them to hold my order for one more day, that's it.
He then said that they can hold unscheduled order for 4 days but scheduled orders they can only hold for 24 hours. I'm like then tell me how to do an unscheduled order cuz I sure can't figure out how to do it in the app. They require you to schedule a date and a time for the delivery. He is like, oh well I can't help you there. I said can't somebody just go pick these items, put my name on it and I'll be there in a couple days to pick them up? He's like oh we can't do that. I'm like but you can spend all day not answering the phone, keep me on hold for 20 minutes, and then not actually help me? Awesome job Trevor ?

When I stopped and asked a stocker for help I was told " I don't speak english" in English mind you. I was checking out and accidentally scanned an item 2 and the front end associate got smart with me so when I replied back she told me "don't talk to me like that!" Funny, because I was only giving back the vibe she gave me I will not be coming back to shop here.

unfortunately my glasses broke , thankfully Walmart has the most lovely vision staff.

Once again left standing at the counter in automotive for 15 minutes before finally leaving.this has to be the worst automotive center I've ever seen.bought my oil from auto zone.never coming back this has happened many times had to get a customer let me out
