I went in here kind of clueless on what was the best to food feed my puppy without spending a whole lot of money. I was helped and given exceptional customer service while I was shopping. The shelves are stocked with only the healthiest pet food. The gentleman there explained to me the types of food and nutrition that was available in the bags of food.The prices are reasonable and some were better than the websites like Chewy and Walmart.They have a deal as well that if you buy 12 bags of dog food you get one free!I would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy quality pet food, treats and supplies!

We love WAG! I have been several times to wag to buy bones and treats for my 2 puppies. They have great options and the cutest bakery items for dogs. My pups also love their dog ice cream as well! Today I went in because I was looking to put my dogs on a healthier dog food as we've had some issues with their usual brand lately. I got some great advice and felt all my questions were answered! They are very straight forward with pricing too. Not only do they sell great products the customer service is always immaculate. Highly recommend this gem!!!

Took our precious pup in because she got skunked. I called prior to going in and Morgan was so very helpful . Upon arrival, she actually had 2 different shampoos on counter. She explained the different options and proceeded to guide us thru the process of the self wash. GREAT, and very clean facility. Thank you Morgan!! We will be back.

I love this place! Stopped in while visiting the area, wanting to bring something home for my dog. The gentleman working recommended two items according to my dogs age. My dog absolutely loved them both! Thank you!

If you require more than 30 minutes to wash and dry your dog, go elsewhere. If you're looking to go into a store and not have to wait for the representative to finish his text, go elsewhere. Literally one of the worst experiences I've had thus far. Tries to enforce a hidden rule that's not announced. Moral of the story, go elsewhere.

We saw a Wag Heaven booth at the Georgetown Christmas market, and brought in our husky for a bath the next day. They have two bathing rooms with a stainless steel high walled tub in each. They also provide along with the hose, a bath brush, shampoo, a towel for drying and high-speed dryer. There is a 30 minute limit which we were not aware off in the beginning so we got a little rushed at the end, but they were very polite when they let us know that our 30 minutes were up. Their bath self-service is first come first serve, and there were two customers waiting when we left at 11:30 AM. The price was a fraction of what you would pay at a doggy grooming center – $14 for 30 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience for us to bathe our husky who does not enjoy baths or the water at all.

Was having brunch and saw they were hosting adoptions from the local animal shelter and couldn’t help but rescue this cutie!Wag is a great business and has some of the best pricing on deer antlers!

Nice facility providing shampoo, wash brush, towel, waterproof apron to keep you from getting soaked and blow dryer. My only disappointment was that the water never got warm and my dog didn't like the cold water. I inquired about it upon checkout and was told there had been a lot of baths today and possibly the water heater was just out of warm water. We'll give this location another try sometime soon.
