Staff at is very helpful in the self serve shower. Everything in the shower is provided other than conditioner. Each shower booth was private and only 14 dollars. All the food there was either same price or cheaper than amazon.

First time using dog bath; excellent and efficient set-up! Staff incredibly nice and sent me home with complimentary A Pup Above food for my chubby Min Pin. The made a customer out of me. Highly recommend!

I decided all three dogs (my Springer and my mom's labs) needed a bath before taking them back to Austin with me for a week while dog sitting. I called ahead to make sure one of the bath stations was available and to warn them that I was coming in with three dogs. Without hesitation they said to come on over! He was surprised it was only me that was going to wash all three, but I was determined! We were set up in one of the private stalls and, amazingly, I made it though the ordeal by myself. I knew to expect comedy and drama, and the dogs did not disappoint!Wag Heaven offered excellent customer service! The gentleman there was very kind even when my mom's cray cray Choco Lab decided to raid one of the treat bins. SMH!... but it was in true Chocolate Lab fashion, so I told him to throw those on my tab too!I told my mom that we're absolutely taking all the dogs there again because the raised tub and ramp meant it wasn't back breaking work to get them clean, plus the house shampoo smelled wonderful (even though I came armed with furminator shampoo). AND I got her signed up for the punch card program, so we definitely need to go back for that alone.Did I mention that it's a set price for all dogs?! With two Labs and a Springer Spaniel that was a relief because other places charge according to the dogs weight, which gets very expensive if you have multiples of anything bigger than a Chihuahua. I got even luckier because it was International Dog Day and they had a special price on the self-serve baths. Score one for me!The only recommendation I have is, you may want to bring your own apron since the one in my stall was on its last thread. Guess I could've asked for another one, but once I was in the stall with all three dogs... There was no turning back! The layout of the store was pretty standard, and I had I not had three dogs in tow at once (by myself), I may have perused their wares a bit longer... maybe next time when my mom is there to give me a hand. All in all a great experience! I felt accomplished that day and I couldn't have done it without Wag Heaven!

First time coming here today. I have 2 dogs and was really looking forward to coming for the self service dog wash. Everything seemed great when we showed up. Lady was super nice and helpful. Thought it was a little strange that for couples they only allow you to use one room. But wasn’t a big deal.About 1/2 through the 2nd dog and I noticed a man standing outside the door looking in at us. At the time I didn’t know he was an employee so I kind of wrinkled my eye brows. He didn’t say anything, just walked away. After we were done and went up to pay I noticed the same man at the register. I think he may have been the owner. He gave us a rather long talking to saying that it’s only 30min it’s per dog. They never mentioned that to us on arrival and didn’t see that rule on their website either. We probably spent about 45min per dog. Not knowing there was a time limit. He said he was going to be nice about it since it was out first time. But still, there was no mention of this prior. Then he goes on to say that on busy days it’s only 15 minutes per dog. So, let me get this straight… couples can only use one wash station. Even though rates are per dog. You pay the same price for either 30 minutes or 15min depending on how busy they are. At 15 minutes per dog that is about $1 a minute! This place is listed as first come first serve. We were told they have this “rule” so they don’t have to turn customers away. So y’all are basically saying you would cut someones time they paid for, so that a customer that came later can enjoy the same service for longer…?. This seems like a bad way to go about business. It makes zero since and was an extremely uncomfortable situation. Got under my skin the more I thought about it after leaving. Not to mention that after all this they tried to upsell us on grooming tools.I am super sad because I really liked the business idea and the washing stations. Was ready to full on give this place my business on a monthly basis. I might give this place one more try because I really wanted to come here regularly. But if the experience ends up being similar I will not ever come back. But do want to say, the lady working there was very sweet and the wash rooms are great and well equipped. Hence the 3 stars. In response to message below from owner. Thank you for responding. 30 min time limit is completely understandable. I apologize for missing this on your site. I would suggest having your staff be more notable about this for first time visitors. A sign in the rooms would also be helpful.I think the most unsettling thing was that the manager stood there looking at us through the door but didn’t bother to knock and tell us his concerns. I would have gladly listened. Didn’t think he worked there at first based off this behavior. The fact that he he made such a big uncomfortable deal about it afterwards was very unprofessional. And the 15 minute thing was odd. And not allowing us to use 2 rooms. There were two open when we arrived. Glad to hear that’s not really a rule. I like your business and our experience prior to dealing with him was great. I will be back but to your other location. I would prefer not to deal with that man again.

Our puppy isn't ready for Petsmart grooming, but he was in desperate need of a wash in other than our bathtub. For $14 you get 30 minutes to wash your baby. They have soap, dryer, a brush, some treats and a door to help get your burry friend in. And all of this is in a private room! The customer service was top notch! That alone was worth the visit. Plus, after 10 washes, your next one is free!

Went to the dog park this morning and my girl was too dirty to come home. We made a stop at Wag Heaven for a bath. This was our first visit. It was wonderful. My 43 pound girl was clean in about 15 minutes. No mess to clean up. Will be back!

Very very friendly staff! Fair prices. The self serve dog wash station I used could have been cleaned a little better as there was still dog fur in the brush & tub when I got in there, but otherwise amazing & we will definitely be back!

The staff is friendly and helpful. We have a GSD who is "dog reactive". They are always very good about helping us avoid dog encounters.

I was really excited to find a do it yourself dog wash because they are usually very convenient and awesome. Unfortunately, this one was just okay. They do have the best drying hose I have ever used, but unfortunately, they really skimp on the products they provide. They don't even have bottles of shampoo in the washes, they are spray bottles of watered down shampoo. So I had to wash my dog at least three times and still never got much of a foam so she isn't very clean. Also, since it is so diluted with water, she doesn't even smell good she just smells like a wet dog. All the other dog washes I have been to also have ear cleaner and mouth cleaner, they didn't have anything. Pretty disappointing.

Our family absolutely loves this place ! They have such a large variety of pet supplies, just about everything you could imagine and more. The people there are super nice and helpful, and the prices are very fair. Our adult son, who lives closer to downtown and has two beautiful chocolate labs, he is constantly popping over to their central location behind Monument Cafe to get "Rosie and Stella" food, treats, and toys. If you've never been over there, you should definitely check it out :)
