Did a great job explaining what an E SIM card is and how it’s better then the physical sim. Great team and manager on duty. Clean and friendly.

Jennifer, store manager, was incredible! She shoved all of the issues we had on both of our phones! Excellent service! Highly recommend this store.

Purchased a new phone and that night I found that Facebook hadn't set up properly. Went back and they corrected the problem but charged $30.00 to do it. Appears service stops after sale.

It’s just easier to do stuff online they want to charge you if you need help and all kind of fees. They try why to hard, to push phones cases and all kind of accessories even after you told them no

Well, I can only say that the young man that helped me was trying to be helpful. What appeared to be the employee in charge not so much. Nor a great experience at all.

Nothing in stock ? I've been hesitant to upgrade or add anything to my account with this new 36 months BS. I'm uncomfortable with a 36 month commitment. Especially when the service has been in decline ever since the terrible 5G rollout. My service has gotten worse every year. LTE was way better in this area. Finally today I was ready to swallow the 36 month commitment BS, and they didn't even have what I wanted in stock. Part of me is glad bc now I don't have a 36 month commitment to deal with.

Went in to get new phones and representative barely cared to help. All he cared about was selling us home internet instead of new phones. Sorry that you might of maxed on your commission for phone sales and need to sell more home internet products. VERY DISAPPOINTED as a shareholder of Verizon. This representative is just part of the reason why the share price has dropped significantly the past year as Verizon continues to lose subscribers.

What a joke of a corporate store. Verizon should be ashamed. I was charged once for down payment & taxes on a new phone. It supposedly didn’t go through on their end but it showed up immediately on my bank account. Store rep asked to see and I showed proof. Had the nerve to say because it was still pending, it technically didn’t go through and we have to swipe again. I said no way because what if it happens again, then what? So unprofessional to say to a first time customer “well just come back another day after the charge drops off if you can’t swipe again” I went and got cash so we can avoid a 2nd mishap just to be told they can’t take cash. Long story short: I swiped a 2nd time and it went through and they said I’d have my money back by the end of the day. 48hrs later, it’s still pending on the account. Also they never mentioned a $35 activation fee until I asked them if they would set the phone up for my mother who is 67years old. She’s never had an iPhone before. Literally handed me the box unopened so I had to activate it in the parking lot outside. It wasn’t until we checked her first bill that we saw she was charged for activation. When I went back in to dispute the charge, the guy tells me anyone can activate a phone these days and that they charge $35 to activate the line of service. When did phone companies stop helping people make sure their new phone was good to go before they left the store??????? Real nonchalant, unenthusiastic employees work there. It’s one thing to hate your job but if you can’t or won’t do it right, why are you there? Customer service is a joke at this “cOrPoRaTe” store.

I'm sure there are kind and helpful employees at this store, but my experience was quite the opposite. I was questioned, doubted and argued with when I explained my challenging situation. I was made to feel unwelcome and that my issue was not important or worth spending an extra minute to ask further questions about.

Getting very frustrated with Verizon and been with them, happily for about 20 years. If they don't get my wife and I out of these 1+ phones very soon with something that actually works well, we will be leaving for Sprint!!
