This is not a real Verizon store! This store is owned by a completely separate company. A mistake by a rep at this store cost me $600. Go to a real Verizon store where the people know what they’re doing.

Jonathan Campos was the best! I always have a good experience at this store, but this was faster and easier than I expected! I like my new Samsung phone and Jonathan explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with new features before I left.

I normally don't take the time to write reviews on google, but I wanted to share my experience after seeing several bad reviews of the verizon stores in Georgetown.I cant speak for the other locations, but I was greeted immediately when I walked through the door by a sales associate already assisting another customer. He seemed to be the only person there but he let me know that his coworker was managing inventory and would be with me shortly. I waited maybe 3 minutes and was greeted by Quinn who made my whole experience a breath of fresh air. I came in with an old cricket phone wanting to switch to verizon and upgrade to an iphone 15. After maybe 35-40 mins I was already walking out the door with an active phone with all my data transferred. It couldn't have been more painless for me. Quinn even showed me how to navigate the new phone seeing as I was a new apple user. Great job Quinn! Hopefully everybody has as good of an experience as I did coming to this store.

Christian was outstanding in his customer service. He took his time; we didn’t feel rushed and explained every step of the process, and commits himself to providing an exceptional experience. If I wasn’t already set up with another provider; his interaction with someone in my party, his interaction would’ve convinced me to be a Verizon customer.

Sometimes a new phone really does have problems and it's not necessarily the user. I went to the Verizon store on Williams Drive and was fortunate that these 2 guys take their jobs seriously, and do them very well. They stayed late at the store more than hour after closing time and didn't just offer pizza, they ordered it! Jonathon Campos (an American success story) and Christian Skill (who kinda reminds me of Tom Cruise) are aces in my book! BTW, phone and owner are doing well.

I bought a phone over a month ago here and had a really good experience with Josh. I just called and asked about any options I might have in returning my phone or exchanging it for a new one because I'm just not happy with the one I bought. I know there are policies and its been over 30 days but I just thought I'd shoot my shot in trying to find an option in getting a different phone. I'm really disappointed in the response I received. They told me that if someone didn't like their phone they would have returned it in 30 days and the only option I have is to pay it off. Again I get it, their are policies but this person had no compassion and honestly talked to me like I was an idiot for not returning it within the 30 days and I'm out of luck because I didn't. It's been 38 days and I've been with Verizon for over 11 years and have 5+ lines with them. I would have expected a little compassion and maybe someone to look in to other options on my account or actually try. He didn't even look up my account or offer anything really. The attitude was very apparent. I'm really disappointed in this situation. I spoke to customer service before I called the store and they were a lot nicer and compassionate about the situation and they suggested I call the store.

Isaiah is very friendly and extremely trustworthy in your needs for your phone service. I am not from the area and was just in the store passing through on my way back to Dallas. I wasn’t able to get my phone that day however Isaiah did everything he could to make it right for me. I went to another location near my home and was not impressed with the service I received and I didn’t feel comfortable. I had to go back through Georgetown and I decided to just stop back by again. I was taken care of as if I was an old friend and even though this store is two hours away, my quality of care was worth the drive. I appreciate all of your help and for being honest.

Friendly and helpful. They helped me get my dad’s phone working again when the SIM card went bad.
