Overall quick in and out, however, the parking lot is always full to the point that people park on the grass.

By THE WEBSITE and auto services, "walk-in" hours are 3-4pm. If you notate walk in hours, that means that is the service window for customer's. However, by your rules, that doesn't matter...you are only gonna take the first 10 people. I came in at 345 or so and one person in front and one sitting down.Completely unprofessional and POOR service. IF you are taking the first 10 people, you should have that on your website.People are LAZY nowadays and don't want to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE anymore. no wonder AI is taking over. Services like this guarantee AI WILL take over your jobs. Good luck!!!

I dread coming to this location because of the lack of basic customer communication and skills. The heavy set African American man has horrible BASIC customer service skills, seems to have an attitude all the time. Most mornings it seems he dreads his own job. Maybe he can be mail sorting in the back not having to deal with customers with questions and a need for assistance. Out of common courtesy I still wave and say Goodmorning, thank you ect despite his lack of customer care. . I come 2-3 times a week or more and will literally ask to be helped by another service member so I don’t have to deal with his negative nonchalant attitude.

What an ordeal. Mailed a small bubble wrap envelope on January 26, 2024 from Texas to Oklahoma and it is now February 9th and the last tracking information says Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending. No one knows anything so I opened a Service Request that really does nothing but let them know I still have no information and no way to see updates on the Service Request. Grrrr

My first time there. Richard Fousa (sp) was working the Quick Service window and he did a great job moving people along. It took me approximately 30 minutes total wait time to get the keys for my mailbox. The Post office is overworked without enough staff. Great job!The lighting in the lobby is a bit dingy and the color of the bulbs don't match. The attention to detail when you walk into any business effects the mood of the customer and the morale of the employees.

Would not give me a receipt for prepaid mail at the counter today despite being willing to do so a few weeks ago; said I had to use the machine!

I get important mail crushed because they stuff the insane amount of junk mail in. Yesterday they stuffed a pice of trash in my mail. I put that envelope in a plastic bin, as it had dusty nasty material in as padding, just to find it back in my mailbox. Time to get rid of this organization and save tax money. These people there just receive money and benefits for a cushy job.

I just went to this post office and Mike was very helpful, I had the wrong shipping address and he was very kind to help me correct it, there were a few people in line and it was pretty quick. Thank you very much Mike, God bless you.

Instead of walking the 20 something steps to my porch the mail carrier shoved the package containing ankle boots into my mailbox. It took significant effort to wrestle it back out of my standard sized mailbox. I also had an issue a few months ago of medication not being delivered if a vehicle was too close to my mailbox, not in front of but too close that the carrier couldn’t easily pull up. My mother and I both receive our meds by mail. I was without my mental health meds for a week and ended up in a manic episode. Fortunately, I was able to get an emergency rx from the va.

We went to apply for a passport for our 2-month-old baby. The place was very crowded and had very limited parking space. We had to go around a couple of times to find a spot. No proper accessories for infant photo service had to be held against the screen, and the passport kiosk is too small with no waiting area at all. Although the staff was comparatively nice, he seemed too busy. Although there is walk-in option better to have an appointment. Somehow, we were able to complete the process.
