There was no where to park. I literally had to park on the side of the road. Secondly, there was long line on the register. The clerk was very professional and best but she definitely needed help. There were three more windows to check out but they were all closed. This is a great location. The clerk, Vicky is a true professional, she is making thousand people happy everyday.

Came to submit a passport application for a newborn. There was a big line ahead and I wanted to ask if they will be able to accept a walk in. When I walked to the counter to ask a question, a postal clerk told me to GO TO THE END OF THE LINE. I went up to another clerk and he told me that as a walkin customer I should come early next time. Imaging standing in the line for an hour just to learn that they won’t serve you :)))

We are not getting our mail delivered in a timely manner.
Junk mail comes regularly, but bills and missives are 'missing', ex: Georgetown utility bill.

Too bad we cannot select zero stars! Worst Post office I have ever dealt with and I have lived in over 5 states! The delivery driver was so lazy and rude and she refused to deliver to our mailbox because it was an inconvenience for her! We reported her to the IG for the post office and they were not much better they pushed the issue down to the Georgetown Post office even though they were the problem!!! Super rude and lazy all around! This post office should find new personnel or shut down! Our tax dollars going to waste!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Beware, the short scrawny little black man with glasses needs to be FIRED!! His service was rude and horrible, spoke to me how you would speak to your worst enemy, and that was just based on walking up to him! He was UNBELIEVABLY unprofessional and rude. My experience was I needed a replacement mailbox key. First upon going there was told I needed to have a piece of mail with my name on it to get one along with my ID. Didn’t have that so I went to the bank and got a bank statement. Then I went to back and waited in the line and that is when I met this ray of sunshine! and he told me “Maybe the other guy didn’t understand what you were saying, but it will be 25$ for a mailbox replacement lock and it will take two weeks.” THATS THE ONLY SOLUTION HE GAVE ME. Along with the rude attitude I said okay well do you know anywhere i can go to get a replacement key since YALL don’t do it? and he replied “We don’t do replacement keys!!!” Seems like he was the one who wasn’t f”in listening.

Driver drives by our house and flips us off. She lied and said she couldn't reverse in our area due to our drive. She delivers to our neighbors and makes eye contact the whole time she is reversing out then flips us off when she goes by.

Went through the process of sending in passport to be renewed and it was much easier and friendlier than the Temple and Killeen offices.

The postperson who delivers our mail has now lost 3 packages, I have no mdse and no way to get a refund. Pathetic.
