Go to the one on University. The employees are much friendlier, the lines go quicker, and the process is uncomplicated by people who actually know how to perform their jobs. We just left this location and it was staffed by at least half a dozen people and they still had a line out the door with single package drop offs being the bulk of the line. This is one we won’t be going to again. Please hire competent people.

Total Rip Off. Stay away from this location or expect to be overcharged. My wife recently sent a package back to a company in the original box I received it in. When it was sent to me that company told me it cost them $30 to send it, but when my wife walked in they decided to rip her off for $99. $99 for the exact same package in the exact same box, going back to the same address. If you want to be overcharged and ripped off, go ahead and use them. In Reply: Yes you can UPS told me so when I called them. When I called and talked to UPS they told me a UPS store can charge whatever they want so try again..

The staff at this store has ALWAYS been helpful, efficient and friendly!!I couldn't ask for anything better. I've used this store at least 50 times. Always a good experience!!!

Penny pinching. They used to tell you to bring in your preprinted label and then they stick it in their adhesive mailer. Recently been told they will not do that anymore and you need to tape it up yourself. Other UPS stores don’t seem to mind. I will start using a different location.

Went to return my Amazon Packages. On July 18,23. Horrible service from the young lady with two braids. I have not returned anything to Amazon in a while. I stood in the open space towards the counter. I before I could say anything the worker said rudely to me I’m busy with her and she’s busy with her go use the kiosk machine. I was so confused. I said what are you talking about. She said again, I’m helping her and she’s helping her go use the kiosk. I said kiosk . She said yes you scan your stuff. I told I didn’t know you could do that. Never did she ask me why I was there. Even though I was there to return packages. One of packages I had issues returning she was so dam rude I just left. And it was not busy 2 customers. Never did any one of them come to see if I needed help since I’ve never ever used it before. I will not be going in that location again.

The people who work here are usually helpful and pleasant. Today, however the people were rude and not helpful at all. I have not seen them before today so don't know if they are summer workers. Maybe a little customer service training!

At times they have as many as 3 people behind counter and still have one window they are servicing with 4-6 folks in line?Other times I have had the feeling they are doing me a favor by processing my Amazon return.But very convenient so I keep returning.

The guys that work here are hands down the rudest; slowest and most unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. The line is always ridiculously long and packages are piled up like junk everywhere.

I was visiting from California and purchased an antique globe. I needed the globe to be packed properly, fearing that it might be damaged in the cargo hold, otherwise. The globe made it home without a scratch. In fact, it was so well packed, that I doubt that it even moved an inch! I called the shop to say thank you, but the phone number on the receipt was not in use. Anyway, thank you!
