This is one of those places where you feel like you have to apologize for being a customer. Truly some of the most unhappy people work here and seem equally unhappy that you’ve decided to show up and utilize their store and services.

I don’t do much online shopping but needed to send a few things back. As I walked in I explained that I needed help to navigate this situation. They sent me home to look online and figure it out that way. Maybe a 1-2 minute conversation in person. So disappointed. The ‘People’ in this Shipping Store sent me to a ‘computer’ to get help.

They have so many things and such experienced people that work there that you can bring in anything like to return to Amazon for instance and they will just jump de distance for ye.
PLUS
They've got everything in the world for your shipping needs like boxes and tape and they have locks. Also you can buy paper there for your computer and they'll make business cards for you right there while you wait!

Very impressed with the efficiency here. I’ve been to dozens of UPS stores over the years and this has to be one of the speediest ones out there. Staff is friendly and right to the point. I walked in with a line out the door, and within hardly 5 mins there was no line anymore. I got my package shipped about 400 miles away in only a couple days and for a fair price too. Can’t argue with that
