The workers always ignore you or tell you to use the self service even though they’re not doing anything and they cut the phones off before close so you can’t even call and ask them anything. Worst UPS in Georgetown & surrounding area

I think it’s great that all three of your employees get along so well together. Sharing each other’s stories and pictures. But when they forget they are working and the customer feels they are bothering their conversation, you , the owner may have a problem. If that is your employee’s attitude then you probably need to have better training or a manager that is mature enough to handle it.

Came here at least 10 times and will always go back with the same package… they always find reasons to avoid talking packages saying something is missing…Returning here is like a project work.. prepare a checklist with Tape, return label, pen etc.. never faced any issues with Amazon returns else where..Not so friendly staff.. they show tantrumsNOT AT ALL SUGGESTED FOR AMAZON RETURNS..

My experience here was quick, easy and overall I was satisfied with how hospitable and friendly everyone was especially the nice lady that helped me out, Yolanda. She showed me a few tips on my phone regarding my returns and was very friendly to my kids who were also trying to help by carrying the boxes. Our experience here made what a boring errand should be feel pleasant!

I’m surprised there are so many 5-star reviews for this store. In 2022, I rented a PO Box for my business and it seemed like a great deal, but have had so many issues that I am not renewing. First, when I rented the PO Box, I was told they needed to rekey the box, which would be ready in a couple days. I went back a week later, but they did not have the key. I had to wait another week to get the key to the box I paid for.I signed up for monthly auto-pay with a business plan. Two months later I get an email stating I have not paid for the box and would lose access if I did not pay immediately. I called and was told that this was an email sent in error and to ignore it. The following month I received the same email. I called and was told that I owed for two months and was not on auto-pay. I asked to begin auto-pay again to not lose access to my PO Box. I was then charged for a full-year personal PO Box (different from business), which is not what I requested or needed. I found this out months later when I went to cancel and find out why they were returning my business’s mail to sender. I did not receive important documents from the Texas Comptroller because they were sending back all the mail for my business, because I was incorrectly charged for a personal PO Box instead of business when I requested auto-pay for the 2nd time.They stated they would put receipts in my PO Box each month, so I can have it for tax time. They never put the receipts in the mailbox. When I asked at the counter if I could have a copy of the receipts they said they could not provide them. I asked if the manager could write out a receipt, so I could write it off on my taxes. The manager never contacted me or provided receipts.tldr; If you are a small business owner, do not use them! I paid for access to a PO Box for over a year, and had my business’ mail returned almost the entire time, resulting in missing important documents from the state. Plus they made unauthorized charges and never provided receipts for these charges. Obviously, I did not renew and got a virtual office instead.

I went in today to do an amazon return and was rudely told by Angel to use the kiosk before I had reached the front of the line. Hostile within seconds of me entering the facility. But I had additional questions for my returns? and I also didn't have shipping packages so I remained in line. Is it a requirement to use the kiosk? Other staff members were helping other customers without a problem. Once it was my turn Angel acknowledged me with eye contact yet deliberately walked off to the back for a few minutes and finally when she returned I asked for the wifi password. She rolled her eyes and told me to go to the back of the store to get it. She then argued with me about Amazon not requiring me to have shipping packages, I immediately asked for a manager because of how blatantly disrespectful Angel was. Angel replied "go ahead, she's over there" I then waited for the supervisor who was helping other customers. I don't recall her name(long black hair) and as I started voicing my concerns and complaints about Angel's customer service, Angel stormed over to where I was, leaving other customers in line- she interrupted my conversation and tried speaking over me to the the manager telling her I was wrong - almost implying I was lying about the entire interaction? She kept interrupting and speaking over me- it was becoming a scene. I told her you can NOT treat or talk to customers like that. She continued, I finally asked for Angel to walk away and when I did she tilted her head quickly. Her body language was aggressive as if she was going to get physical. She's extremely aggressive, rude and unprofessional. The way Angel was acting was frightening for a customer, it's horrifying to say this but if Angel was on the shift alone and I was the only customer in the store I would have been scared that I would have been harmed. That's the severity of her aggressiveness. The supervisor apologized for any inconvenience but I did not feel like Angel was corrected. If this review seems exaggerated in any way I encourage upper management to review footage from 5/22 around roughly 3PM.I have reached out to corporate and will be following up with Susan upon her return on Friday. The safety of any potential customers have the right to know situations like this are not acceptable wether it was her attitude from me walking in the door to her creating a hostile and threatening environment. Extremely disappointed
