Walked into this store last night and the manager was right by the door standing. As soon as he saw us walking he looked at his watch and looked at us and said you have 30 min before we close the store. So annoying and disrespectful what he did. I did not think his actions were necessary to stand by the door and tell people who are walking in what time they are closing. Please don’t do that again Mr named:B…. Figure out who was the manager wearing orange shirt on 06/05/202 and his name start with B. I hope next time I walk into this store I don’t have to see this happens again.

I worked for this store 13 years ago with a bunch of Karen’s. I remember one time I worked on my birthday and I just wanted to be relieved so I could go home, but no one came and I remember trying to get a hold of someone to come and I mentioned it was my birthday, and some rude Karen in line said, “I don’t care if it’s your birthday it’s your job to ring me up.” Typical Georgetown middle aged rude Karen. Also yall always had me stuck in the fitting room. Years later, I still remember it as likely the worst job I ever had. Also if Janie still works there, you were a big mouth Karen.
Not sure why customers in Georgetown are just ruder than customers in Austin.

I had a horrible return experience. Cashier named Hope was extremely rude and accused me that I was trying to return an item I wore already! What a way to treat a customer. They have a month return policy and I never try clothes in the fitting room. I buy my items , go home and try and if they don’t fit right , I return them back . If you do not have the retail personality , if you do not know how to treat people with respect , then retail is not for you , Hope!!!!

This is the best TJMAXX in central Texas! I've been to them all & this is hands down the best location every time ?? Super friendly & helpful staff, an amazing home decor selection, & lots of great clothing finds too! And of course the prices here can't be beat ?

This TJ Maxx is a beautiful store. It's well kept and well stocked. It has everything from jewelry to luggage to clothes and household goods to baby toys to things for your animals. The prices are exceptional. I went into browse and walked out with about 10 items. The reason I'm giving this four star rating is because of the customer service. The girl that was checking me out (Fahzad I believe her name was) and the girl next to her were so busy talking with each other and gossiping about one of the other employees that it was disturbing. My checker actually said "hate her!" When referring to the employee they were gossiping about. I didn't appreciate the lack of customer service I received.
