The staff at the Georgetown TX location were on their A game today. Haley greeted me and took the time to suggest services offered by the Wash Tub. Tim and Tyler did an OUTSTANDING job on my vehicle. They took their time and did it right. I had minor scratches on my vehicle and they were able to correct them. Highly recommend dealing with the staff mentioned above.

I really wanted to like this place but after two visits here both times my car was cleaned minimally. I hope the staff here is being treated well and paid well because both times I've come here they have done an incomplete job. It makes me feel like they want to do the least amount of work to get paid. I do not plan to return.

We've been loyal customers here for 15 years, but our recent visit was a disaster. After the wash, our car came out with a broken wiper blade, a damaged wiper arm, and a cracked windshield. When I returned to show them the damage, their "investigation" concluded that it was all due to a small chip in the lower corner of the windshield. This chip has been there for three years without causing any issues, even with the car going through their wash many times.
They claimed there was no evidence that the carwash damaged the wiper arm or tore off the blade, insisting the damage was due to the chip. However, it's likely that the blade was somehow extended during the wash, which damaged the wiper arm and tore off the blade. This pressure on the windshield probably exacerbated the chip, causing it to crack severely. While the chip may have contributed, would a windshield that has been fine for three years have cracked if the wiper arm hadn't been extended?
They did offer to let us continue using the carwash until our membership expired, which would probably completely shatter the windshield and flood the car. If you have 45 minutes to waste, they'll do a moderate job of cleaning your car, but at the risk of damaging it at your expense. Make no mistake, your business is not relational, it is transactional for their profit.

Very professional service, almost never had complaints with them except for the last time I went. They did leave a few very apparent spots that should've been taken care of for the type of service. Apart from that, it is generally pretty good.

Today, I stopped by because kids threw balloons with paint over the overpass. And I got paint splatter all over my brand new were ablemove all of the dried paint. Not ruin. My car will look brand new again. Or it will as soon as I get it in early in am. Even showed me that it would work. I love this place and way cheaper than what I expected.

2-1/2 hours and $428 later (not including tip), and our passenger side retractable running board is still dirty.

They spent two hours on my car. He actually missed the back window. I didn't find out until the next morning. I went back, and they made it right! Tim is awesome. He got my dog some water. I was so impressed with his thoughtfulness.
