What a lifesaver! After thinking I was a stylist and butchered my hair I called and was seen the same day. From the receptionist Alex, stylist Aubonny and amazing instructor Ms. Jenn, they all went above and beyond!! They completely turned my frown upside down ? If you’re looking for a professional, knowledgeable and no judgment salon, this is the place for you!!

1. I had an appointment for root touch up in April, when I came back home I realized after my hair dried, the front of my hair was still gray in a LOT of places and I had to attend an event so I ended up using a box dye and covering it up at home. this was one bad instance out of many good experiences I have had there so I decided to not dwell on it. And that's a risk you take, they are students and learning.
2. I tried to call today to make an appointment, the person/female who answers the call is really incompetent. I never really say such words lightly and I always try to give benefit of the doubt. She hung up on me TWICE, I was trying to figure out a time that works best for me in accordance with the schedule they have + time required for the service that I wanted. I called back again and she hung up again, just put the phone down, in the middle of the conversation. I am not sure why people don't have basic skills of answering calls when they work at a front desk job.
Well I was semi regular there but I how can I be a customer if I am unable to schedule an appointment

Sara Walker did an amazing job with my haircut. I had an appointment with her and each step of the cut and style had a supervisor checking the work. It was such an easy style to do by myself today.

Be warned. The Discrimination of the school is beyond disgusting. There staff is rude and invasive and they do not have ethic hair students. I'd give 0 stars and stay far away from here

Had a Great experience here with Kyara being my stylist and Ms Heather as her supervisor. They both were amazing! I went in to color my dreadlocks and They created my color just the way I asked. Kyara was very pleasant, gentle and knowledgeable. I was informed of being the first to come there with deadlock color. Yay! I recommend anyone to go here for color hair services and a Great time. Thanks ladies .

I had my first balayage here and Lizabeth did an absolutely wonderful job. I love my results so much, very subtle and natural looking. An instructor checked in throughout the process periodically so I wasn't nervous at all.

First time at the salon. It was organized and well cleaned. Mady M did a wonderful job showing around the salon, and made me feel very welcomed. Had a wonderful time with her. She is very sweet and very precise and focused during the haircut and the service.

Abbie Rurup dies an amazing job and is so very caring. I would totally recommend trying out the school. May be students but they are supervised and do a high quality job.
