Purchased 10 ceiling fans when we built our house in 2008. After 15 years they still honor and service the warranties. The store has a great selection and still maintains a quality and professional staff who take care of their clients. Thanks.

A bit pricey but lots of selections. Be aware that will will have to pick up your order at another warehouse location in Austin. We did have an issue with not getting the correct product and another box had a broken light but they did make it right

I don't know when anyone shops here. They're always closed. We've tried 4 different times to come see their showroom. Today (Saturday morning) there were 2 other cars parked out front /looking through the front windows.

Texas Bright Ideas is Live Well Designs local "go to" spot for our design firm. I love TBI and wouldn’t buy my lights anywhere else ... their selection is so great it normally takes me a couple times visiting the showroom to decide on what I want. They’re sales staff have always been nothing but helpful and can answer any questions I might have. I just purchased new exterior lighting and had it installed around my home and it looks beautiful !! Thank you TBI !!

I'm having a custom built and I thought I'd research some lighting options. When I walked in the store I noticed I was the only customer in the store and staff looked at me like what am I doing in there store. I was asked why are you in the store today ?? I've seen this all my life no worries I will take my money somewhere else F'em Make America Great Again I get it
