Probably about the worse experience I’ve ever had at a convent store, I came in this morning to get ice & water for my crew loaded my cooler up with ice and water went back inside to pay for everything and the little girl that was working claimed I got two cases of water but I actually got one and tried to explain to her she can go look in the bed of my truck and see I only got 1 case there’s no way I was carrying two cases of 40 count water at one time I’m
Not that strong. So she got mad threatened to call the cops and look at the cameras until some guy pulled up that wasn’t a worker or owner and he came up to me and refused to look in the bed of my truck as well but ask me to leave or the cops will be called and refused to allow me to pay for what I got as well and proceeded to inform me if I didn’t leave I will be charged for trust passing. I have no reason to steal anything at all everything I was purchasing this morning is paid by the billion dollar company I work for and if the employee wasn’t to busy FaceTiming on the phone the entire time I was there the situation wouldn’t have ever turned into what it turned to. And I would still like to pay for what I got I’m not a thief and hate that I got accused to being a thief I believe in doing right in life .

Well, the good news is that if you’re a homeless person or basically not a customer they will let you use the bathroom for as long as you want even the better part of an hour without saying anything as paid customers lineup, unable to use the facilities.
They don’t check to notice whether or not the person using the bathroom is actually a customer.
And they don’t care about the distress this causes their paying customers .
A lot of us actual paying customers will stop at a gas station to use the facilities and out of courtesy either buy gas or buy a bottle of water. You know, ethical hard-working people? Remember those?
But this Valero favors the people who roll up 4 people to a car with all the windows down in 100 degree heat and then one of them tries the bathroom for 30 minutes doing I don’t know what; having a baby? Transforming themselves from a woman to a man? I mean, what do you do in a gas station bathroom for a half an hour? It’s a mystery wrapped in a riddle.
Rest assured deadbeats, the people at this Valero will not lift a finger to disturb you as you take advantage of their lax attitude.

Frequently gives incorrect change, unlabeled and unboxed products, their items are clearly bought from other stores ( like Walmart generic brands) and put on the shelf, they just go to the store and buy a large box of something like hot pockets and tear the box open and have you reach in and grab an unlabeled package that has no price tag on it, and has not labeled for resale written on the side. The majority of items don't have a price on them, and when you go to the counter, it seems like they just make up a price. products are scattered all over the store and since a lot of these products aren't labeled because they're separated from their original packaging, a lot of the time you don't get the item you selected, and you don't find out until you open it up at home.

Got a Grillagas propane tank a few years ago at this location and traded it in for refills over that time. I don't need it anymore and went to turn it in and get my deposit back. Surprise, they refuse to take it back and return the deposit. Beware, you are purchasing a used tank when you get one from these people and they won't return your deposit.
