**The Nightmare Before Xmas!!!**(They'll Steal your Xmas and tell you to figure it out yourself!!!) DO NOT USE THEM. Strickland Brothers severely damaged my vehicle and they claim no responsibility and would not pay one ***** to fix the damage i incurred at their location. They basically stole Christmas Presents from under our families tree because we had to pay an ACTUAL repair shop to fix the damage they caused!! All right before XMAS!!! My choice to use Strickland **** right before Xmas COSTED ME the followingOver $500 came out my familys Christmas to clean out the severely overfilled amount of oil they overfilled my truck with. A week without my work truck.*** Permanent damage to my engine that now needs a complete overhaul!!****When I brought it to their managers attention his response was, I think the other shop misdiagnosed your truck. I have to protect my guys. I will not pay for ************ I got my oil changed here and my vehicle was running sluggish from the moment I left until the day my truck broke down with clouds of white smoke coming out the exhaust. **A reputable shop nearby instantly found that my engine oil had DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF OIL!!! over the next several days they cleaned out all the extra oil in my exhaust plus everywhere else and changed oil (with the correct amount of oil this time). The also found that now cylinder 6 is leaking, causing my exhast to smoke out the whole street. My engine will have permanent damage until I get a full overhaul.By the way Strickland **** Manager its impossible to MISDIAGNOSE an engine with severely overfilled oil. it either is severly overfilled or it isnt!!! You would understand that if you had any really automotive experience. Thank you for stealing over $500 from my childrens Christmas this year. I hope you did something enjoyable with our Christmas!

(For reference, I own a 2021 Volkswagen jetta uses 0-20 full synthetic oil) I received an oil change at Strickland Brothers and redeveloped an oil leak at the drain plug from another company. I waited till I needed another oil change before bringing this up to Strickland Brothers. Justus (manager) first tried tightening the plug down and i left. After I let it sit for awhile, there was still a leak. I called in and Justus told me to come back to fix the issue. He replaced the existing plug that had a soft metal gasket, with a plug that has a rubber one. Said he doesn't like the metal gasket and this often happens. This has fixed the issue, and Justus even tried to give me the oil to refill for free! I told him that I need the change anyway and to drop the filter and that I would pay. Justus gave me a 25% off for the trouble and now Strickland Brothers has a long time customer for the future. I recommend Strickland Brothers 100%

Always fast service and Veteran friendly! Solid communication skills. I like that they verbally repeat service request before service to ensure what you’re getting. Communication is big to me and I will be back for it!

The guy who did my oil change was pretty and kept shaking his head and also trying to get me to get a higher priced oil chan when that’s not what I asked for!!! Never had bad service like that before hopefully the next guy is nicer when I go back if I decide to go back. The car was a Nissan Altima grey 2018 if he doesn’t like his job maybe he shouldn’t work there find somewhere else so you’ll be happier.

I was absolutely stunned by my first time EVER using Strickland Brothers for an oil chg. First of all, the price was much cheaper than their competition, plus they gave me a military/veteran’s discount.Also, they went to great efforts to double check everything including showing me how much oil I had before they changed the oil, informing me of an oil leak & it’s location, then showing me on the dipstick the actual amount of NEW oil to show confirmation it was at the ideal level or amount.All the employees were super friendly & helpful.

In four decades of oil changes, I have never been so pleased with one. They're so good that they are often busy, but I'm told that midweek mornings, especially Wednesday, are quickest.I went in for a reasonably-priced oil change, and got so much more. They did a full check on a car that had accumulated some deferred maintenance issues, even though they don't provide those services so 8tvwasnt a sales job. They directed me to where a visitor like me could get the correct parts inexpensively, *and* even ran me through verbal instructions on replacing them.A thoroughly first-rate experience.

Every single technician here has been great, these people really live up to the expectations. Every single person here is a young person and I'm always glad to visit and have a positive interaction with enthusiastic staff members who acknowledge and attend to the customer. I'm hardly exaggerating

Awesome and speedy service! Unfortunately they did have a parts shortage for the oil plug needed for my truck but they were very helpful letting me know how to get one same day and got me in right away when I went and grabbed one from the parts store down the street. Great experience, the lady that I first spoke with was amazing, giving me options to help me pay for the service. The other lady was assisting with the oil change, she was very friendly & honest. Overall they were great down to earth people ? who really took time to service their clients.

I recently moved to Georgetown and was in desperate need of an oil change. I would often see SB as I drove to the square, so I thought I would try them out. Well... I'm glad I did! It's a convenient drive-thru experience. When I arrived, there were 2 vehicles being worked on. I decided to listen to a podcast and respond to some work emailed as I waited... which was not long at all (maybe 10-15 mins). Once it was my turn, I met Michael. What a kind and patient soul he is! The service itself was quick, but thorough. I had to take an important work call just as Michael was trying to enter my new contact info! I mouthed, whispered and used my fingers (for my phone #). He was SO patient! Once completed, I received my receipt and was offered a bottle of water. He must have read my mind! I was parched! After a few more exchanges and him officially welcoming me to Georgetown, I was off! Thank you so much, Michael! I'll be looking for you on my next visit! And I will definitely be back! Great job by ALL!!
