After the 2024 hail storm, I checked out Stone's Quality Auto thanks to a recommendation from another nearby shop in Austin who only did PDR. Our little Civic had fading paint in the major dent areas and other shops were hesitant to take our case. Stone's Quality Auto was not only happy to work with us but were also happy to work with our insurance to get us fully sorted. Over the course of 6 weeks I spoke with multiple people from their team via email and phone and they never once dropped the ball. I received several calls from their team to check with us on budget creep and make sure we were okay with any out-of-pocket repairs that our insurer would not cover. A couple times I would email Stone's just to check in on progress and they always responded within 24 hours (on weekdays).
Living in Austin, you pass by hundreds of shops on the way to Georgetown but I would happily brave the 30 min drive north on i35 for future service. Pricing was fair. Repair work was top notch. Communication was exceptional.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. I took my truck here after being rear ended on the way home from work. They went above and beyond; they got our truck in and out of the shop within a timely manner and the work they work they did looks amazing!

I can not express how great of a shop this place is!!! Chad and Randy the whole crew are wonderful angels. My vehicle sat at another shop for five months came out worse then it was before it went it. I took it to them they fix all the other mechanic mess ups plus more. They made sure it was hundred percent before they let me drive off the lot with my family in it. Thank y'all so much!

I HIGHLY recommend Stone's Quality Automotive! Picked up my car yesterday that had been hit on the front passenger side. The repair work was stellar, and Chad and his crew completed it in a timely manner. We have taken all of our vehicles to Stone's for the last 6 years and are always impressed and pleased. They are always courteous, honest, professional, knowledgeable and give us a fair price. We moved an hour away, and we still choose Stone's in Georgetown because they have proven over and over that they are the best body shop in Texas!

I must have called about 7 different shops around town and Randy here was the only one willing to do the job. Super simple 15 minute job but everyone else wanted to charge $200 and do a full troubleshoot and repair or no deal. Randy understands some of us like to do our own work sometimes but don't always have the resources. Will definitely be using his business for any future repairs.

Terrible! Scheduled an appointment I had set before giving on vacation and was told the 5th. They told me they would send a reminder. Get here the 5th with no emails no text messages for a reminder for my appointment. I get here on the 5th and was told that it was the 4th. Have my baby with me and there is no way they can squeeze me in. I already waited two weeks for an appointment and now they refuse to see me due to a down employee. Go somewhere else in town, go down the road to Georgetown Interstate. They are wonderful people over there. Stones auto is anything but helpful. No urgency to help me at all. Please avoid!
