If you find yourself waiting another 30-60 minutes past your arrival time as reported in other reviews, it's likely because your stylist let someone else skip line. This has happened to me twice. And on my most recent visit I figured out what they had done thanks to a screenshot I took after I checked in. Reported it to corporate including Ed, and was totally ignored. Any business that ignores valid customer concerns is not a well-managed one and the franchise owner is never at the store or hands on.

Just left the Pearland sports clip, and my son's hair is horrible. He asked for a 3 on top. She cut it the length he wanted, and he said yes I like that. Then, when she was done with the sides, She cut the top again and went from a great length to a buzz cut a size one or less. She cut a small chunk out of one spot. He was in tears when we got in the car. I asked why he didn't say anything, and he said I did she just wouldn't listen. I will never use them again, and I would advise anyone else who wants more than a buzz cut to not use them either.
Stylist: Rochelle is what my son said her name was. Horrible service and watched when I was paying to try to put pressure on for a tip. I should have just walked out.

Checked in online, and it showed a 17-minute wait. When I arrived, it was showing me 1 1\2 hour wait. It's totally unacceptable!! Could have gone to a different place instead.

So, my Ted nugent on 440 volts Viking hair being the barbed wire monstrosity that it is, I found myself oh too soon confronted with needing another thinning shears attack to be able to cram my mop into my crocodile Dundee hat... And of course I hop in the car and drive from Leander to north g town to revisit my man Kyle. (Had to get his name right this time or I know he'll cut my brake lines next time i pester him... plus it's probably never a good idea to make the people you're paying to weird sharp things about your head and shoulders cranky... Now, the actual takeaway here is that yeah, I like this man's work... but that's backed up by the fact that I bypassed probably 30-50 hair salons, barbers, et al to go from point a to b. Leander ain't that far from his shop... but again, there's how many to choose from in the same twenty mile radius? That's exactly how you know this review is the real deal. And... when I arrived (yes, I did the check in thing this time... I even called in advance to make sure he was working that day... and it was Kyle that picked up the phone... and advised me, better do the check in, cause wait times are running 90 minutes! And they were killed time at the chilis to wait). When I walked in.. his name was not on the list of talent, but I asked for him, said I'd wait, and the girls are very gracious about it. So... kudos to all...

Last haricut I got wasn't great. Sports Clips updated their computer system and lost all notes. Checked-in online today to reserve an appointment (which is dumb to have to do this in the first place). Went to my appointment 78-minutes later. Learned they didn't get my reservation. Would have had to wait over an hour for the next appointment. Now they want customers to download their stupid app that you'll only use maybe 4 times a year. Not the first problem I've had with their dumb online check-in.

Almaz at Sport Clips delivered an exceptional experience. Her skill, kindness, and attention to detail ensured a tailored haircut. Professional and friendly, she left me satisfied and confident. I highly recommend getting a haircut at this location, it’s something to return to!

Went in for a haircut with my hair much longer than it usually is. I had Kali, and as always, she was magnificent and upbeat as usual. She is very personable, as are the other stylists in the building; Dom was next to me and did speak a little as well, showing they remember and care about their clients. Kali did take the time to ask about my hair length when cutting it to ensure the correct amount was being removed. I would definitely recommend her, Dom, and the others at this facility not only for great cuts but also for great time due to the atmosphere.

Worst cut ever by Jake in the Parma, Ohio store. Never had a problem before until today. Someone needs to take the scissors out of this guys hands. So short can't even be corrected. Uneven cut, never shaved back if neck, sides were unevenJust a horrible experience.

Signed in on line and came when it said, came and there was still 30 more minutes after already waiting an hour and a half. Worker to rudely told us it’s just how it bc no shows. So rude.

This place needs to get their hours figured out. Or they all need to be fired for not wanting to do their jobs. I needed a quick haircut and didn't have the time until Saturday evening. I got there at about 6:30. Their app says they close at 7 and their doors say they close at 8. They need to figure it out, they missed out on a good tip since it was so late.

For 8 years I ha e been a pretty steady customer at the Lakeland, Florida location off South Florida Ave. Despite all types of ups and downs, I was a pretty loyal customer and always tipped 35-40%. Finding a stylist that did a good job was always tough because of turnover but I was a loyal customer and always came back. Today was the last time I will ever go to that location. I came in after checking in online before 4pm. It said I had a 4 minute wait at 4:10pm. I could see my stylist was finishing up a fade. Good times. They hit the showers. 425...still says 4 minute wait. I watch numerous people come and go over the next half hour. 5pm guess what, they are still back in the "showers" and still says 4 minute wait. I got some confused looks from other employees, but not so much as a sorry for the wait or any explanation. Some of them know me by my 1st name, nothing. About 515pm, and my stylist being in the back for a solid 40 minutes I got up and walked out. I will never come back, this is why places like this have a bad rap. Any decent salon or babershop that doesnt happen without explanation. So 8 years and I am finally done. I still came through bad times checking in and getting there and stylist leave early ALOT. I stayed through lots of turnover and even bad haircuts from new people who couldnt cut hair. I still found a way to come in the summers when they just close for no reason on Sundays. I bought products and gifts for family. I used to buy season passes for god sakes! Today I had enough because places like this dont care about people anymore. Find a good salon and a good stylist where you can actually make appointments and build some kind of loyalty! Do not waste your time!

Overall solid. There are times when they go too quick and rush the haircut, but it's usually a good cut.
