We had an exceptional experience at Mattress Firm. Randy was professional and according to my daughters " super nice " and " even though he was very busy he made time for everyone in the store". We were treated with courtesy and exvellent customer service. I highly rrcommend this gentleman.

We just left Mattress Firm in Georgetown .
Randy Williams helped us choose the best mattress for us . He gave us a great education on how to select the perfect mattress for our needs . He explained how the mattresses were constructed and how each one fit different specifications for different people . I’ve had shoulder and back surgery recently and I love the mattress Randy helped us pick out . He is very knowledgable and helpful !
