Upon installation there was an issue with the spacing of one of the words- we should have caught it on the proof but did not, so this was as much our fault as theirs- if not more. I emailed asking what we needed to do to get it fixed- within an hour someone was here making the change and we were not charged! I am still astounded how quickly and easily this was remedied!
