Trying to get coffee this morning. No decaf. Made a little mess with creamer. Couldn't find a napkin anywhere. Had to ask for napkin and the cashier gave me one piece of paper towel. So funny. Tacos were ok.

The guy gave me 10 dollars of ticket instead of 2, now I'll admit I got a bit carried away and ripped the ticket, however the employee handled the situation poorly, instead of calmly asking me about the ticket and giving me a solid advice on what to do, he kept arguing and arguing until I yelled, the manager didn't help either insisting me that I should be "more nice" toward the employee when he was the one being antagonistic, also you don't tell a customer to be more nice towards an employee, I've worked in customer service before and I never tell the customers to be more nice, that just makes the situation worse. I'm never coming back to this dump again.

Ordered a ham & egg burrito and a pork taco. The ham & egg burrito was terrible. The eggs were runny and it was pretty much all mush! The pork taco was frozen meat (which I guess is normal in alot of gas station deli spots). When I took a bite into the pork taco the meat was still cold. The Pepsi was good though.

Decent place but they seem to lie about their gas prices. As show in the picture the sign shows 2.19 per gallon but then I go to get gas and its 2.29? That and they seem to do the typical 'jack up the price and offer discounts' thing thats becoming so popular. You get hit for an extra 10 cents if your not using their card and another 5 cents if your not a member and then another 10 cents if you pay with a card.I get that we live in a capitalistic society and sneaking in fees is considered 'normal' but this is fees on fees on fees with false advertising on their gas prices. All that said I do like the store. Its always clean and they have a great beer selection. They sell some tacos and such inside which are cheap and delicious and the staff are super cool. I would call this a great place to shop for anything but their gas unless you dont mind getting jacked for an extra 25 cents per gallon.

Nice and clean environment. Lots of friendly people and fast workers insuring people had a very short wait time. I really enjoyed the service here.

So my review is for the food, not the store itself. I ordered a burrito, which had lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, refried beans, cheese and I ordered carne guisada for the meat. It is mind boggling how a burrito with so many different ingredients can taste like nothing. The food was so bland, sadly the lettuce was the ingredient with the most flavor. I tasted the beans separately, no flavor. They weren't refried, they were just watery. The carne guisada meat was tough and chewy, so bad that I was forced to spit out chunks as to not choke on nerves and fat. I'm sooooo disappointed that I actually paid for this. I wouldn't even eat it again if they paid me to eat another one. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Quite the opposite of authentic Mexican food. Smh ☹️

A 42in tv with 10+ security feeds in your face is a bit much. Yes we get we're on camera. My main complaint is that they won't give cash back and their atm charges $2.95 (and states outright the fee is paid to the owner). What a rip off compared to 90% of places that will let you take out a few bucks cash with a purchase. The place was very clean at least.

I'm a regular here, because it's right by my home. Thankfully, everyone here is super nice. Also, the tacos are awesome. There's one dude there who doesn't say much, but he's not exactly *rude*, just quiet.

I recently purchased gas from this station, using a debit card from my longstanding bank. Shell charged me 3 separate $75 pending holds on my $26 gas purchase, then deleted 2 of the holds and allowed the third to go through (we have never had holds placed on any account when buying gas). Our bank told us it would be much quicker to resolve dealing with the store, as they wrongly charged us. When we called the store, we were told to come in and fill out a form and they would refund the money. I took time off during my lunch break, which I took late to ensure someone in management would be there, only to be told that the manager wasn't there and I had to wait. Someone did come up and inform me that I had to have a printed copy of my statement for them to do a refund. Then they said that I would only get a refund if I had paid cash, otherwise my bank had to fix it. This is ludicrous as it was their mistake. After waiting, a manager finally showed up. The store refused to do anything, claiming they do not get any money from these transactions and they refused to credit the money back into my account. All I kept being told was that my bank took the money, not theirs, and that they didn't have it and wouldn't refund a charge that they made. Absolutely horrible customer service. I pass this store 4 times a day and will never get gas there or at a Shell station again. I can't help but wonder how many people they have done this to, especially seniors who may not keep as close of an eye on their transactions.
