I have been coming to this Sephora for over a year and this will be my last time, the store associates are extremely rude, hostile, and racist and yes I am using that word because it is the truth.Like I said, I have been coming to this store for over a year, and not once have I ever been greeted, even though I have watched them greet non-POC who have come behind me.Today I went in the store and per usual I was not greeted, and once again watched non-POC come behind me get greeted, it took a while for someone even to ask me if I needed help but I guess I was standing in front of a display for too long so they had to ask if I needed help to make sure I wasn't stealing and of course I noticed them hovering to watch me make sure I don't steal, which is sad because never in my life have I stolen a thing.I love Sephora and was under the impression that it was an inclusive store, yet many black women like myself come to the store, only to leave feeling hurt and exhausted from the discrimination and microaggressions that happen in the store.I have spent thousands of dollars over the past year at this store and the way these associates act is just ridiculous.Due to their racist behavior, I will no longer come to this store and spend my money where is obvious I am not welcome.

Braelynn (I’m so sorry if I spelt that wrong) was awesome and was super friendly! She helped me find a new foundation, she answered all of my questions and was super knowledgeable about the products we were looking at. She took the time to explain the differences between the products and how each foundation would look. Her customer service is some of the best that I’ve ever received at this location.

My daughters 1st racially profiled incident happened here. Thanks Sephora for making my daughter feeling not wanted. My daughter and her friend were shopping and they were literally followed and overheard the workers tell another worker watch then so they dont steal. Both girls are brown and there other friend Asian who was not followed and heard what they said as well. I'm livid and this needs to be resolved

I had a teaching make-up session today with Alex. She was AWESOME! So professional, so nice and non-judgmental! She was very knowledgeable and took her time explaining the products, purpose, and proper application. I've been using the same products and application for over 35 years! I needed an update...BAD! Alex took great care of me, and I highly recommend her and Sephora make-up services!

this sephora is huge & has a great selection, however the staff is unfriendly & hostile. i work retail & i understand loss prevention and making sure people arent stealing, but i was profiled and followed by multiple associates in the store the entire time i was shopping. i felt very anxious to shop even though i was not doing anything wrong, and even after spending >$100 in their store, while making my way up front to leave after checking out, i was followed by two girls until i left. definitely not an experience i want to have when trying to shop in peace.

I scheduled a beauty lesson with Elisa, and it was a wonderful experience! She was a great teacher and gave very helpful recommendations on which products I currently use that I should keep and where I should explore new products. I would definitely recommend and would do it again!

**NOT ABOUT THE BRAND**This is about their customer service; my first and now only time in this store and they have my absolute favorite hair care line and whenever I found out they be in store I was thrilled. I came up here to grab some. They had the products I needed so grabbed them with joy and headed to check out. When the price was lot higher than me and my husband expected we were a bit taken back. Once we checked the receipt we saw we were charged $86 for the serum, now this was odd because the tag that was placed with the product was $48 the price we were more than happy to pay. I went back to the lady and told her this mishap and showed her my receipt and the display. I asked her since the product was incorrectly displayed could we please have this corrected? She was looked at me then at the product and said she would go talk to her store manager and within 45 seconds came back and said no. That sorry it was in the wrong spot if it was a $5-10 difference she would feel more inclined to do it but since the price difference is so large she didn’t WANT too. I politely told her that I find it a bit unfair that you had the wrong label out and stocked product behind it and now when a simple mistake happened you won’t honor the display price to ensure future customer service and customer satisfaction. She told me to return it if I wanted but they weren’t going to honor the displayed price. Highly unsatisfied with this customer service by the team lead and the store manager I will not be shopping with that location again. I will write corporate and email and hope they will honor the price and refund me and my husband the difference.I do not recommend this store’s customer service.

Update. So I called Sephora about the discriminatory concern I had regarding their Georgetown location, no followup response received. I contacted the regional manager, she got the message and ignored it. Wow!

I’ve been to many Sephora locations and this one by far is my favorite!! The staff is amazing very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional they take the time to make sure you get the right products and also they are so welcoming I swear I wish I could do more to recognize them cause my experience was so positive and great!! please if you ever visit this location ask for Ms. Alex and Ms. Elisa they are amazing!! helpful, kind, knowledgeable and professional ♥️

Dear friends, please do not get your makeup done here at this location esp when you have a special event.So my makeup session with Salma on this Friday has been very disappointing. I expected a natural look but instead turned out into a white patch of dough.She did not do a good job for my eyes either. No eyeliner no mascara nothing just left my eyes with improperly applied eye shadow that too very very unprofessional. However I insisted to get the mascara with out curling my lashes. Is the makeup even complete with out eyeliner or mascara???Unbelievable how the overall service is.Poor foundation match, poor blending and poor aesthetics.Everyone in the event said how unnatural the look was.I have made this appointment after making so many arrangements to care for my 2 kids at home and wow such a DISAPPOINTMENT. I could have done it much much better.Please have trained and PROFESSIONAL associates instead of some random people who just wants to get the job done. Makeup is art and it’s not everyone’s cup of tea.Such a waste of money and time.

Went in this past Saturday June 3rd a little after noon. I was greeted when I came in and when I asked I needed help to be shade matched I was told someone would be right with me. I think it was the manager who sent someone to help. The sales associate that came to me was really friendly and was trying to help me but at a point the manager came to her and told her “let her know you have to help me with the line”. Shortly after my sales associate came and told me she needed to start checking people out. We were about to try another brand and my friend said she’d help me swatch the foundation. At that point I was annoyed that the manager would pull the associate helping me because the manager looked to be walking to help another customer. I ended up walking out because it all didn’t sit well with me. My friend went to check out and the associate helping me checked her out and was apologizing. It wasn’t her fault, and I did have my kids with me but my kids were behaving, and weren’t overwhelming. I mentioned the bit about my kids because my friend did comment I would come back without my kids. It wasn’t them that caused me to leave. We do love 30-40 minutes away so this drive was for the purpose of buying at Sephora. I was annoyed with the manager, and made to feel my satisfaction wasn’t important. Or as important as who the manager was helping in that moment. Over all manager could’ve helped the line herself while her associates were actively helping customers.
