I drove my wife, who had recently taken a fall and hurt her shoulder to Sephora's at Wolf Ranch for one cosmetic item she needed. She went into the store and then was greeted by one of the employees and told they were closing. She said ok, but as she opened the door to leave, the woman came and said, we have a few minutes, do you need help finding your item? She said, no, I know where it is and went back in, found the item, and paid for it and thanked the woman for her kindness. I wish I knew her name, but she showed compassion towards my wife and It reveals a side of customer service, that is sadly missing in most places anymore. I just wanted her to know how much we appreciated her kindness.

I’ve been coming here for sometime but I have now decided to stop. I noticed overtime that the Beauty Advisors would rarely greet me but they would to other customers and would never ask if I needed help and when I did need help they were nowhere to be found. Only ONCE a cashier was happy and super nice to me, since usually they’re all miserable and rude. This last time really did it, I was waiting to get my curbside order (which I usually just go inside and pick it up myself but I couldn’t this time) and I waited for 35 minutes so I ended up calling them and yes, they brought it to me right after yet the Beauty Advisor didn’t say hi or nothing just shoved my order in my face (literally) and had the audacity to say that next time I have to park in the front. I couldn’t park specifically there because there were no available spaces yet as soon as you walk out of the store I’m the first car to see plus my car is bright RED as I described to them. I will say this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this specific Beauty Advisor be a ‘b-word’ or just walking around the store miserably with the worst vibes. No matter what I was still very cordial to all of the people working there because I get it retail jobs have their ups and downs but omg what’s the need to be so b-itchy to customers. I’ve never left a review to a retail store before but this really bothered me and had to get it off my chest.

Love Sephora. But will order online now rather than waste my time driving to their store. Bad customer service experience with Kiana and Candace today. There were 2 customers at the checkout that were making 8 separate purchases. One was standing there while the other kept walking around the store picking up more items. Candace was checking them out. She never looked up at me while I waited patiently in line. She did, however, take a phone call during all of this mess. If she would have looked and me and told me she would get another cashier - I would have been fine. But after a long wait and time spent being completely ignored, I walked up to another cashier’s empty station and laid down my items. Before I left the store, I asked to speak with a manager. I told her what happened and then we walked back towards the cash registers and Candace became rude and belligerent with me. Telling me she had to check out 8 separate purchases and when I told her she should have called for back up - she continued mouthing off. Wow! I am not used to Sephora customer service like this. Having owned a retail store for 25 years - this was completely unacceptable. Brick and mortar stores are begging for customers to come back an shop. Don’t treat your walk-in customers this way - EVER! This may be why people are opting out of driving to a store and just shopping online. I won’t be shopping at this store again.

I have gone to this location and the customer service is kinda bad..but today was a different experience. Indigo is one of my favorite peoples now! She has a beautiful heart. I didn’t get the woman’s name that checked me out but she is pretty awesome too! Thank you ladies!

I have been coming to this Sephora for over a year and this will be my last time, the store associates are extremely rude, hostile, and racist and yes I am using that word because it is the truth.Like I said, I have been coming to this store for over a year, and not once have I ever been greeted, even though I have watched them greet non-POC who have come behind me.Today I went in the store and per usual I was not greeted, and once again watched non-POC come behind me get greeted, it took a while for someone even to ask me if I needed help but I guess I was standing in front of a display for too long so they had to ask if I needed help to make sure I wasn't stealing and of course I noticed them hovering to watch me make sure I don't steal, which is sad because never in my life have I stolen a thing.I love Sephora and was under the impression that it was an inclusive store, yet many black women like myself come to the store, only to leave feeling hurt and exhausted from the discrimination and microaggressions that happen in the store.I have spent thousands of dollars over the past year at this store and the way these associates act is just ridiculous.Due to their racist behavior, I will no longer come to this store and spend my money where is obvious I am not welcome.

Braelynn (I’m so sorry if I spelt that wrong) was awesome and was super friendly! She helped me find a new foundation, she answered all of my questions and was super knowledgeable about the products we were looking at. She took the time to explain the differences between the products and how each foundation would look. Her customer service is some of the best that I’ve ever received at this location.

My daughters 1st racially profiled incident happened here. Thanks Sephora for making my daughter feeling not wanted. My daughter and her friend were shopping and they were literally followed and overheard the workers tell another worker watch then so they dont steal. Both girls are brown and there other friend Asian who was not followed and heard what they said as well. I'm livid and this needs to be resolved

I had a teaching make-up session today with Alex. She was AWESOME! So professional, so nice and non-judgmental! She was very knowledgeable and took her time explaining the products, purpose, and proper application. I've been using the same products and application for over 35 years! I needed an update...BAD! Alex took great care of me, and I highly recommend her and Sephora make-up services!

this sephora is huge & has a great selection, however the staff is unfriendly & hostile. i work retail & i understand loss prevention and making sure people arent stealing, but i was profiled and followed by multiple associates in the store the entire time i was shopping. i felt very anxious to shop even though i was not doing anything wrong, and even after spending >$100 in their store, while making my way up front to leave after checking out, i was followed by two girls until i left. definitely not an experience i want to have when trying to shop in peace.
