From the minute we walked in, till when we picked up our ordered RV several months later, the entire team at Ron Hoover treated us exceptionally well. They were just as excited as we were about our new RV finally arriving. The sales staff, the service team who did the walk through with us, and finance were outstanding. So glad we chose to do business with a family run company. If you're looking for an RV or Boat, I highly recommend RH Georgetown. They will treat you well.

Salesman Ray Lindamood met us as we arrived. From start to end of sale when we rang the Hoover Bell, he did all the leg work so we could sit under the Oaks and eat hamburgers prepared for the guests. It was a day of business for sure, but Ray and the Hoover team made it more on the pleasant side while we made a fantastic purchase of a quality trailer.

Let me start by saying we knew exactly what we wanted. Floor plan, GVR, and features. Jaime was the best! She let me wander and check all the outside stickers. No pressure! Edgar is the best finance man ever! What a wonderful team they have put together there! Everyone went above and beyond.They have earned a customer for life both in purchase, service, and a possible boat in the future. Go see them! You won't be sorry!

After shopping online for a motorhome, we found one we liked at Ron Hoover in Georgetown, Texas, so we drove down to look at it. We were greeted promptly by Jamie who was so patient and helpful. We looked at the one we found on line then looked at the others they had on the lot. It was hot in Texas (106 in the shade) but Jamie walked us from 1 to another. She listened to what we liked about each one and then steered us to the one we actually purchased. The entire team was helpful! Rebecca was outstanding with the paperwork. While we were with Rebecca she provided education on do’s & don’t do’s.
Never once did we feel pressure to purchase!
I highly recommend this team to anyone who is thinking of an RV or Motorhome.

Absolutely awful, bought a travel trailer at the show and have had nothing but problems with it, the dealership has had it for months and nothing has been fixed. Three safety recalls and a litany of poor craftsmanship issues. The dealership lies and try and hide behind the manufacture, claiming that the warrenty will fix everything.After 8 months of trying to get them to resolve the issues I am not confident that will ever happen. RUN from this place. I am sure there are dealerships out there that have integrity both during and after the sale- Ron Hoover is not one of them.

We recently stopped in at Ron Hoover RV in Georgetown after researching fifth wheels and RV dealerships online for several weeks. Ray Lindamood warmly welcomed us upon our arrival and after a brief chat to ensure he knew exactly what features were important to us, took us for a tour of our selected models. Ray’s professionalism and patience in answering each and every question was truly appreciated and we especially appreciated the fact that if he didn’t know the answer, he went out of his way to find it for us. Ray was always courteous and polite, and we never felt rushed or pushed into making any decisions. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our overall experience and highly recommend both Ron Hoover RV and Ray Lindamood.

Great experience! Ray Lindamood was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. He made sure that we had any and all questions answered as we narrowed down which camper was best for us. The final walkthrough was very thorough, and everyone in the service department and financing department was great to work with. We left feeling extremely satisfied with our purchase & super happy with the whole team at Ron Hoover Georgetown!

Worst dealer, we bought our toy hauler, bought the Route 66 coverage, extended warranty and all this dealer does is lie to us. Even caught in lies and no one is accountable. They have had our rig for over 2 months to work on all the warranty issues, and have not done anything. Working with Keystone to get the issues approved and the dealer still hasn’t even submitted the major issues to Keystone. The service department is the worst, we had a rep assigned to us who lied for two months, never did anything and now he is gone and still nothing is being done. We call, no one is ever available, go in person and no one is available…no one can answer any questions...so disappointed. Does anyone at Ron Hoover care about the customer after the sale??
